A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

Chata se nachází v přírodě v blízkosti obce Březová v Bílých Karpatech. Naši chatu jsme před pár lety kompletně zrekonstruovali do moderního stylu se zachováním původního tvaru. Je to naše srdcovka a proto jsme se rozhodli umožnit, aby chata dělala radost i ostatním. Naleznete zde wellnes s finskou saunu a jacuzzi, kompletní venkovní posezení s grilem, ohništěm a výhledem na les obklopující chatu a spoustu vychytávek, které věříme, že vám váš pobyt u nás zpříjemní.

Relaxing view at the Nature

Enjoy this unique and tranquil getaway for up to 3 persons and small kid under 2 yo. Situated in a residential zone. The appartment is part of our house where our family also live. Therefore, count with possible kids noise and is not adapted for romantic plans. The place is 5 minutes by foot from the UNESCO Archbishop's Flower Garden, and 15 minutes away from the Chateau and the city center. Parking is free on the streets about 50m away from the house.

Public transport stop Wolkerova and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a hot tub, a living room with a kitchen. On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with an electric fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without an elevator.

Prostorný apartmán ANNA je naplněný atmosférou jemných doplňků a světlem. Je vhodný pro 2-3 osoby. Pobyt v něm si užijí všichni, kteří touží po klidu a harmonickém prostoru. Součástí je dvorek s bazénem je sdíleným prostorem obou apartmánů. Věříme, že právě komorní prostředí se dvěma apartmány vytváří příjemnou a přátelskou atmosféru, zároveň ale doporučujeme ubytování hostům, kterým nevadí sdílení venkovních prostor s ostatními ubytovanými.
