The building is like a fully self-contained two-unit house. This is a cosy one-bedroom, one-dining room, one-kitchen private building. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The building is new and simple. The room is a one-bedroom apartment with a living room and dining room, and can accommodate up to two people. The host lives in the house next door. It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. It's a 20-minute drive to Niseko's ski resorts and a large supermarket. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. A 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Michi-no-Eki). You can check in and check out by self check-in. There are no stations, bus stops or shops within walking distance. This is a place where you absolutely need a car for shopping, going to restaurants, or skiing. One pet is allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * From 2027, it will only be open in winter. ※ The 'Accommodation Tax' introduced in Niseko Town and Hokkaido, as well as the 'Airbnb Accommodation Fee' from 15 September 2026, are included in the accommodation fee.

The photos of the room are a part of it. Hakodate station is a 7-minute walk, the morning market is a 3-minute walk, and the tram station is right in front of the house. The tourist spot Kanemori Warehouse is about a 15-minute walk. There are cafes, convenience stores (3-minute walk), and famous yakiniku restaurants nearby. The room has a living room on the 1st floor and 2 rooms, a Western-style room and a Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Feel free to use the kitchen, washing machine, etc. There is also a coin laundry about a 1-minute walk away. There is no parking lot, but there is a coin parking lot right across the street. If you come by car, please use it. PLEASE NOTE After booking, we will ask you to provide a photo of the passport (ID) of all guests. * We will verify your identity with a security camera. Please note this property no longer comes with a vehicle. Located in Kabayama, just outside of Hirafu village, these brand new townhouses enjoy views of Mt Yotei and Mt Annupuri. Each townhouse can sleep up to 10 people (8 on beds and 1-2 sofa bed). The living area has an alcove that opens up to a lawn area for BBQs in summer. Built in 2018 each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and is fully furnished.
