"SafeHaven" - Coastal walks and bush views

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fantastic bush views with Ruru & Kiwi calling at night. A short 5 minute walk takes you to a lookout over the bay and a little further down to the water. The home is well furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Guests have sole use of the home and bedrooms are accessed to suit the number of guests. Please let us know the configuration of beds you require. 4 bedroom home nestled in native bush only 2k from city centre. Restful, private and scenic place to unwind. There are 3 indoor lounge areas - 2 have SmartTVs, Netflix and Sky. There are 3 outdoor seating areas- one has large outdoor table (seats 9) perfect for BBQ and eating outdoors. The pool is just over 1 metre deep which means children over 6 years can stand in pool. Pool toys available The host lives in the house when there are no guests so has well -equipped pantry and kitchen

This is a lovely large quiet and tranquil separate unit with a new bathroom. A small stream gurgles alongside enjoyed by pukekoes and eels. We want you to enjoy the birdlife, therefore we have food for you to feed the fantails, eels and pukekoes. A Gazebo over looking the stream to watch the pukeko playing, maybe enjoying a glass of wine. The unit has a microwave, fridge and toaster sofa, table and chairs for you to enjoy "home away from it all". Very safe off street parking

Fun in the Sun

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in the sun. Adults upstairs (breath taking views) kids/Teenage pad downstairs. Two TV's one upstairs and one downstairs. Fibre internet office setup. 13 min walk to the beach downhill maybe a few mins longer up hill. Kayaks for use on hand trolleys. Driveway is steep at entrance but room to turn around (the views are worth it). One or two fur baby upon application not fenced.

Originally farm house set in private rural setting 5 mins from 90 Mile Beach ,awesome location .Plenty of space ,family and pet friendly. Ideal stop off on way to or from the Cape. Fully equipped and comfortable.This location is 15 mins from the township of Kaitaia with its many shop and restuarants , 5 mins from Awanui with has 2 dairies, takeaway , petrol station. The Waipapakauri Hotel is 3mins away and serves bar meals.
