I felt at home from day one in this modern apartment in the Sognare Building. A strategic location, 24-hour reception and everything you need for a comfortable stay: a double bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, Wi-Fi, Netflix and a private balcony. The building has a laundry room at an additional cost. In front of the building, an iconic pizzeria. I always strive to offer the greatest comfort to my guests. If you choose me, I will make sure your experience is excellent!

This elegant and quiet accommodation is great for family trips. It has all the comforts for an ideal stay in the city of Posadas. It is new, it has state of the art technology and spaces for each member. It is made up of two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a beautiful view of the Paraná River. Its balcony is spacious and has a grill. Parking is located within the building. Towels are provided for each member and bedding in each room.

A modern interior is presented with a wooden dining table accompanied by four woven chairs. A glass partition separates the dining area from a spacious sleeping area featuring a queen-size bed. Natural light filters through the large windows, enhancing the open atmosphere.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit since it's close to the most popular places in Encarnación, such as the waterfront and shopping. It also has a terrace with a unique view, a shared pool, and a rentable gazebo. The apartment is a studio but spacious with new facilities, the kitchen is modern and complete, the queen size bed is accompanied by a large closet. It does not have a garage.

Apartment in the Aquarium Building next to Costanera Shopping Centre. Our accommodation is conveniently located facing the main Costanera promenade, 50 metres from the 24-hour Super 6 supermarket. Here you will be in the best location of the city.
