Warmly welcome to unwind and enjoy beautiful nature and a peaceful location in scenic Skäret. Here you live next to untouched nature, nice hiking trails, saltwater swimming, golf courses and cozy fishing spots. A short distance away, you will find nice restaurants, swimming and shopping. Here on the beautiful Kulla Peninsula, there is a lot to discover, both for adults and children. We rent out part of our house in two separate apartments where you get your own entrance to an apartment of 50 m2. The whole apartment is newly renovated for the 2024 season.

With a private entrance to this modern extension, you have over a large bedroom upstairs, a large bathroom on the entrance floor and your own patio/garden that is fenced for pets. In the hall there is a fridge with freezer compartment, water and coffee maker. On the terrace there is a barbecue, hot plate, outdoor kitchen with cold water tap as well as barbecue and cooking tools. The house is located in central Höganäs with five minutes to bus, shops, restaurants and the beach you can reach on a 15-minute walk.

Närhet till bra restauranger, bageri med café samt även närbutiken Tempo. Detta boende är beläget på 1 våningen i detta hus från 1800-talet. Granne med Sofia Möllan, utanför allrummets fönster. Bra bussförbindelser både till Höganäs och Helsingborg. Vandringsled till Kullaberg. Sandstrand både norr om Vikens Hamn och Heden i norra delen av Gamla Viken.

Lilla Skolhuset ligger fridfullt mitt i lilla genuina och lantliga Ingelsträde. Centralt i Kullabygden. Lika nära till Skälderviken som till Öresund. Några kilometer cykelväg längs den gamla banvallen in till Höganäs centralort. Nära till Kullaberg, Mölle, Ängelholm och Helsingborg. Skolhuset omges av en stor trädgård, och lägenheten på andra våningen erbjuder tre ljusa och rymliga sovrum, samt vardagsrum, kök, bad och en liten studiekammare. Lägenheten är nästan 100 kvm stor.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included. 3 km north of Höganäs in beautiful Strandbaden. 250 meters to the beach. 300 meters to the bus stop (Bus to Höganäs/Helsingborg and Mölle/Arild).

Here you'll find a two-room apartment in a semi-detached house with a sleeping alcove, one bedroom and space for up to 6 adults—perfect for both families and groups of friends. Within walking distance, you’ll find the sea/beaches, Krapperup Castle, Holy Smoke BBQ, Bräcke Mill, and Kullaberg Vineyard (which is just on the other side of the hedge).

Airbnb doesn't know how to change the number of beds, there is only one double bed and one bunk bed and not 3 beds as it says in the listing!
