Here on the beautiful Kulla Peninsula, there is a lot to discover, both for adults and children. We rent out part of our house in two separate apartments where you get your own entrance to an apartment of 50 m2. The whole apartment is newly renovated for the 2024 season.

Neighboring Sofia Möllan, outside the living room window. Good bus connections to both Höganäs and Helsingborg. Hiking trail to Kullaberg. Sandy beach both north of Vikens Hamn and Heden in the northern part of Gamla Viken.

Lilla Skolhuset is peacefully located in the middle of the small, genuine and rural Ingelsträde. Centrally located in Kullabygden. As close to Skälderviken as to Öresund. A few kilometers of bike path along the old railway embankment into Höganäs central town. Close to Kullaberg, Mölle, Ängelholm and Helsingborg. The schoolhouse is surrounded by a large garden, and the apartment on the second floor offers three bright and spacious bedrooms, as well as a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a small study room. The apartment is almost 100 sqm.

The house is located in central Höganäs with five minutes to bus, shops, restaurants and the beach you can reach on a 15-minute walk.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included. 3 km north of Höganäs in beautiful Strandbaden. 250 meters to the beach. 300 meters to the bus stop (Bus to Höganäs/Helsingborg and Mölle/Arild).

Here you'll find a two-room apartment in a semi-detached house with a sleeping alcove, one bedroom and space for up to 6 adults—perfect for both families and groups of friends. Within walking distance, you’ll find the sea/beaches, Krapperup Castle, Holy Smoke BBQ, Bräcke Mill, and Kullaberg Vineyard (which is just on the other side of the hedge).
