The completely renovated 2-room apartment is located not far from the city center. With a cozy bedroom, the living-dining room, it is ideal for couples or families with max. 2 children. The "City of Modernity" in the heart of Saxony offers a colourful potpourri of entertainment with its museums, changing exhibitions, opera, restaurants and shopping centres. The proximity to the touristically interesting Erzgebirge with its numerous monuments, makes hiking hearts beat faster.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

The four of you get a lot in our 106 sqm duplex oasis. In addition to two separate bedrooms, you have a lot of space in the open living area with sofa, dining area and fireplace. In the well-equipped large kitchen, which also has two seats, you can cook extensively. The large bathroom has a floor-level shower and a bathtub. The whole thing is rounded off with a nice quiet garden area with terrace and BBQ.
