Take a step back in time and sleep in a historical monument built in 1795 on this exquisite piece of farm property that has been lovingly restored. We practice regenerative farming and encourage biodiversity. This is a place to relax, reconnect and recharge. It is our happy place where we embrace all forms of wildlife and love our menagerie of domestic pets from pigs to turkeys to horses and lots of dogs. Cottage in private game reserve, Little Karoo

Off grid cottage set in the heart of the Little Karoo within the Touwsberg Nature and Game Reserve. The reserve is well known for it's biodiverse fauna and flora and stunning scenery. Located off Route 62, midway between Barrydale and Ladismith, accessible with an average car/sedan, that has at least 17cm off ground clearance. The Cottage is well equipped, with indoor fireplace, cosy and completely private - the perfect Winter stay. Note: cell/3G reception requires a 2 minute walk; no wifi.

Long weekend escape for nature lovers on a Game and Nature Reserved, surrounded by untouched beauty and wild animals. Completely off the grid, powered by solar and gas. Our house is easily accessible from Route62. The facilities are excellent. The house is privately located, and offers an indoor fireplace, braai facilities, a plunge pool and a stoep for bird viewing. It sleeps four, ideally two adults with young children or for a romantic get-away for two.

3 Queen Street is a stand-alone property. The house and its facilities are for the private and exclusive use of guests. The house is not shared with other guests or the host. Guests who book the house will have the whole house to themselves for the amount of persons booked. Everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible is included.

Situated 7km off the R62 in the hamlet of Buffelsdrift is Uitspan's Barn. Tastefully restored, this quaint cottage has a comfy Queen size bed with en suite bathroom, antique Day bed that can sleep an extra person. Kitchen with fireplace and lounge plus outdoor terrace with braai and splash pool.
