Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hóc Môn

James was highly responsive, and his parents were incredibly kind, making me feel right at home. They invited me to dinner on multiple occasions free of charge. On the one occasion I joined them, the meal was both highly nutritious and healthy. An additional touch was the access to use the washing machine at no extra cost. This accommodation is more than worth the price. The downside is the distance from Districts 1 and 7, where I had reasons to visit. However, affordable transportation options were available, thanks to Google Maps and the Grab app. On occasions when I opted for public buses, which are super cheap, I only needed to hail a Grab bike to take me to the nearest bus stop using Google Maps. I would then hop on the most available bus. I would certainly recommend this Home Stay and, in fact, would book again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

My stay at Loan's was pleasant. Her and her mom were very helpful. Loan was available to help when needed. The house was always clean, the room was cozy. There are small markets and food venders in easy walking distance. This area is Hoc Mon which is a suburb of Saigon, it's a little far to get into town. Easy to catch a bus if needed.

The place is quiet and well located, it will give you a stay in suburban feeling. Just 9 kilometer away from down town district 1 and easy to access everywhere.

I loved staying with Quang and his family. They were super welcoming and helpful, whenever I needed advice or help with something. Highly recommended!

What an appealing place to stay! I have stayed at the house for 2 weeks and will never regret my choice. The room has a view to kill where we can contemplate the blue sky and the gorgeous Bougainvillea glabra shrub in the neighborhood from the spacious balcony. The hosts are so responsive, friendly and hospitable. The bathroom is frequently cleaned and equipped with essential amenities. Thank you for your warm welcome and assistance during my time at your home. I will miss tickling and laughing out loud with the “Three Little Princesses”!

good for a longer term stay, well equipped, has pretty much everything you could need. responsive hosts, located close to airport with cheap transport through grab to anywhere you could want. my only complaint would be occasionally noisy neighbours but this is no inherent fault of the property and noise pollution is common in vietnam so giving 5 stars

Amazing airbnb, we’ve been traveling for 5 months and this is one of the nicest airbnbs in our trip so far. It feels very homey and has everything you need. The filtered water was a great touch that we loved. We stayed there for a week and the host was kind enough to provide a free cleaning service halfway through our stay. We also loved having a washing machine to clean our own clothes. Location was perfect as well, it’s very walkable and easy to get a grab if you need to go further away.

Great location if you're looking to be a little bit further out of the business of District 1, but close at the same time. loads of food carts and restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, and 2 large malls. The apartment has comfy beds and a great sofa! Air con throughout, everything you need. The pool is such a great bonus, especially as a break from the weather. We loved our stay!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and professional, always quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

J’y ai séjourné une quinzaine de jours , endroit très tranquille , air climatisé (2) performant et silencieux , près de parcours de golf et surtout d’un magnifique driving range , accès au gymnase de qualité , très grande piscine à proximité , buildings illuminé le soir , de toute beauté beaucoup de restaurant à proximité mais , à environ 1 km de marche il y’a un marché de soirée où vous pouvez très bien manger à faible prix . Hot pot au fruits de mer etc j’y retournerai c’est certain . 🙏
