Monthly Rentals in Hobart

The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

Couldn’t be happier. Came up here for a couple of nights away from the city to catch the Lyrid meteor shower and this place was absolutely perfect. Clean, stylish, comfortable, and the (absolutely massive and always warm) hot tub was the big draw for us. Also, the listing is not kidding, super modern bathroom with excellent water pressure and tons of hot water. Highly recommend and we will be coming back.

Debra’s guesthouse is in a beautiful and peaceful location. We stood there (4 of us) for two nights for a wedding nearby. The guesthouse is spacious, clean, private and a short distance from the downtown area. Debra included extra linens which we loved as it got a little cold at night, and we had enough blankets to keep us warm and cozy. There is plenty of dishware and the typical household items you need are provided. Plenty of towels too and this is so important to have available. The beds were comfortable, and it is great that one of the bedrooms has a King bed. I recommend this guesthouse and will stay there if we are in the area again.

Chris was great throughout the whole process! The place was perfect. Peaceful secluded and very relaxing. Would definitely rent from Chris again and highly recommend anyone else do as well
