The bathroom has a shower and spa, the living area a large flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. Free wi-fi is available and full kitchen and laundry facilities.

This is a private house in a very quiet and peaceful street, with filtered views of the Derwent River, Bellerive Beach and picturesque surroundings. A 1 minutes walk to the Stanley park, A 5 minute walk to Blundstone Arena, the Boardwalk and Bellerive Beach. 10 minutes drive to Hobart city and 15 minutes to the airport. We have a full flower garden which will be amazing colorful view all the year. Come and enjoy the beautiful house! We strictly no parties and please keep quiet after 10pm.
