Holiday rentals with beach access in Hobart City Council

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

This was the perfect base for our stay in Hobart. The apartment was lovely, quiet and clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was walking distance from the CBD and the views over Hobart were lovely. Great, very helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

Julie's place is a fantastic place to stay in Hobart. It was super convenient, cozy and peaceful, and we felt right at home. There was even a lovely little box of treats on the dining table waiting for us when we arrived! Would highly recommend this place.

This was a very cozy and comfortable space. The host had many special touches—snacks and extra bathroom supplies—that made us feel right at home. They thought of everything.

This was an absolutely superb stay. We would definitely come back and cannot fault it. The location is stunning, the home is beautiful and Karen is very responsive. The cottage was such a great place to stay in Hobart. It was so enjoyable and everything was clean and well organised. Me and my friends loved our stay, 10/10.

Jessica/Winnie were extremely pro-active. We felt welcomed with an introductory message filled with clear instructions one day before we arrived. We were fully confident that Jessica/Winnie will be around to guide us should we encounter any problem whatever, which we didn’t because their guide was concise. The place was exceptional, clean and as described. There was a fireplace we thoroughly enjoyed .. and the morning view from the bedroom was breathtaking. We get to enjoy the lushful garden. The driveway was a bit steep but manageable - we noticed that the neighbours driveways were equally difficult; that’s the nature of the high slope in which the building was constructed on. The balance of that is that we get a really breathtaking view of the city at sunset and sunrise. It was truly spectacular. I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time I visit Hobart. Sincerely, sengkeat.

Cute older cottage in my favourite part of Hobart. Lovely views, garden and nicely decorated to suit the style of house. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as well as being warm and cosy.

This listing is beautifully situated right in front of the river—it's peaceful listening to the waves crashing onto the shore. Yet, it's conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Hobart. We especially loved the playground right next to the property, which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. The house is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. While items like a highchair need to be requested in advance, the team was very responsive and met our needs promptly. We’ll definitely be back next time!

A fabulous house in a great location - Sandy Bay is a great neighbourhood and within easy walking distance of the city centre and the beaches. A spacious, clean, and large house - the kitchen/diner/lounge area is wonderful. the views to the mountains and the river are lovely. Lisa looked after us really well and responded very quickly to any queries. We'd happily return. Thank you.

This was a wonderful property. Very clean and tidy, well heated, lovely bedrooms with lots of hanging space, extremely well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need, and some! The location was great, so close to the city you could walk there. The Check instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Gated off-road parking was a secure bonus as well. Such a fantastic spot! You couldn’t ask for a better spot to stay if you’re visiting Kingston, Hobart, or the Huon. I’m sure it would be a top tier location in summer, too - right by the beach. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area. It was well equipped. The stairs may be an issue for some, although there was a 1 bedroom unit down stairs with easy access that one of our party used. The location was ideal for us and the view pleasant.

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!

Great little stay if you’re looking for somewhere just out of the city centre, felt very private even though it was on a shared property. Had everything I needed

All I would say is a little home away from home. Family friendly beach and park great for family with kids. Overall a great place. I stay here for work until we got the rental property.
