I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Had an amazing stay here, the balcony was perfect for hanging out in groups! Communication was amazing and the host was so helpful with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

We had an excellent time staying at Olive Garden. We actually extended our stay twice. The surroundings were a peaceful sanctuary in an otherwise noisy and manic place. We walked to many of the attractions in Hanoi. There is a street market within a few minutes walk. We could buy tofu, vegetables and fruits. The house is spacious. We were happy to have separate living and sleeping spaces. We used the kitchen to make meals. The television is large and good quality. The bathroom has two fans and the water heated very quickly. We had plenty of towels. The air conditioning was effective and kept us cool. This was a great place to stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet!

Great place! Amazing location right in the heart of old quarter with multiple balconies and a small roof area. The host was very responsive and helpful to all our needs. The place was clean and nicely decorated. There are a lot of stairs which is something to keep in mind but overall we loved the place and would be happy to book again

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb and would definitely give it 5 stars. The place was exactly as pictured—clean, stylish, and really comfortable. It had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine, which was super convenient. The bed was cozy, and the view from the apartment was beautiful, especially at night. It made the stay feel like a mini retreat. The location was perfect, close to cafes, shops, and easy to get around. The host was friendly, responsive, and shared helpful local tips that made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great value for the price and I’d definitely stay here again.

I had a real good stay in the Lotus house. The place is really well located main center of Hoan Kiem and old town and in the evening it is nice and quiet. The house is very well equipped and beautiful decor and communication with the hosts very quick and easy. I really recommend this place if you are looking for a central but quiet place in Hanoi

Quynh is a wonderful and extremely proactive host. The place was nice for a small family and had all the amenities. It’s in the heart of Old Quarter and everything is within walking distance.

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

The hosts were amazing and truly helped us make the most of our time in Hanoi, even assisting with planning our trip to Ninh Binh. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly quiet. It’s within walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. On top of that, I accidentally left my glasses behind and didn’t realize it until a few days later—but they kindly kept them safe for me. I’m very grateful for their thoughtful care and support throughout our stay! Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Just a couple of things to flag for future improvement: the shower drain clogged up quite quickly, and there was water leaking from a pipe near the toilet, which sometimes caused flooding in the bathroom. These issues felt a bit unhygienic, so it would be great if they could be addressed. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Dieu was always quick to tell us about recommended shops and how to shop, and our first stay in Hanoi was very comfortable.Also, on the last day, I was able to leave my luggage until the evening, which was very helpful.I am convinced that you are writing great reviews.The price is very reasonable.Thank you very much.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We are all girls travelling and I was the first one to arrive. The place was very easy to find although the dark alleyway and stairs surprised me. If you have a large luggage and you’re alone, it might be tricky. The host was responsive and the place was very clean and complete! We used the washer and dryer. Bed was big and comfy. Pillows were so soft!! Overall love our stay. Great location! Near everything!! Although when I first arrived at 11:30 am I didnt get to leave my luggage right away. I’m not sure if communication/language issue or if the key box was just tricky to open! Hahah I stayed at the top of the stairs for 30 mins until 12nn (cus I dont want to go down and up the stairs with my luggage) waiting for the housekeeper and turns out I could just actually open the door and not wait for her since the previous guests already left 😅 But anyway I went back at 2pm and the place was now cleaned and ready! 🤍 I will recommend this place to my friends!!!
