Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hoa Xuan

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

정말 후회없는 선택이였습니다 너무 친절하고 설명도 잘해주고 조식에 차량에 모든게 완벽했습니다 노후된 숙소 문제후기에 살짝 걱정했지만 걱정이 무색하게 저희는 너무 좋았습니다 부모님도 엄청 만족해 하셔서 행복한 가족여행이였네요~~~ 진짜 꼭 꼭 다시 빙문하고싶습니다^^

Everything was good except for the cleaning fee we have to pay per day.

이제 한국 집으로 돌아 왔어요 ~ 베트남에서 가장 기억에 남는 추억을 얘기하라고 하면 coucou에서의 10시간이 었다고 얘기하고 싶어요. 넘 편안하게 쉬었고 아이가 침대에 오줌을 쌀만큼 단독 수영장에서 몇시간씩 홀딱 벗고 놀고 화장실도 못갈 정도로 침대에 실례릴 했을 정도었으니까요^^ 입실날이 출국날인데 이른 시간에 숙소에서 쉴수있게 배려 해주셔서 다시한번 감사드려요. 나이드신 부모님과 저희 가족은 사장님은 친절함과 배려심에 깊고 깊은 감동과 게스트에 대한 서비스 정신에(공항가서 휴대폰 두고온걸 알아서 ㅜ ㅜ 연락드렸더니 공항까지 와주심 ) 감동 ×1000 였습니다. 제 주변에 베트남 가는 지인들에게 제일 먼저 coucou에 예약 가능 한지 알아보라 할거 같아요. 너무도 고맙고 감동을 주셨더 사장님 앞으로도 번창 하시고 조만간 다낭에 방문시 1순위 숙소임~

대가족이 지내기 훌륭한 곳이에요~ 부모님과 아이 모두 만족한 곳이네요^^ 사장님과 소통도 원활하고 위치가 좋아 여행 기간 동안 편했습니다. 우리가 숙소에 있으며 주로 이용한 곳은 바로 앞 마트 2곳 음반미, 콩카페, 숙소 바로 옆 중국 음식점이였고 후기 좋은 미쓰니도 근처에 있어 가고 싶었지만 가지 못한게 아쉽네요~ 해변가도 가까워 물놀이 가능하고 숙소 수영장도 온도 적당하여 아이들이 신나게 놀았습니다. 대가족 숙소 고민하신다면 추천드려요~^^

We loved this little place and location! Super low key area, loved visiting Cosy Corner Cafe and going for a swim in the ocean at the end of the driveway each morning! Important to know they are 3 separate rooms with no common area but it was fine, sweet little sitting areas outside of each room and inside. Rooms look darker than photos present but still gorgeous!

보기보다 훨씬 나은 숙소입니다 다 처음엔 다른 사용자들의 후기가 좋은게 의문이었는데 지내고 보니 그럴만 한 것 같습니다 다 친절한 매니저와 적극적으로 소통하고 빠른 응답이 좋았습니다 다 아침식사와 바베큐 모두 이용한 입장에서 양이 굉장히 많습니다 다 맛있는 음식과 깔끔한 시설 픽업과 드랍도 잘 안내되어 편리하게 이용했습니다

Her house was beautiful, everything was prepared, like the pictures, and breakfast and coffee are really good. She quickly recognized the tea we could ride on the move, and it was nice to have beer and drinks at home at a lower price than the market. If I come to Hoi An and Anbang Beach next time, I want to stay in her inner city again.

Lovely place in Da Nang. Perfect location for bars, restaurants and the beach so couldn’t ask for anything more! Very comfy bed and pillow as well.

Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

Stylish, great apartment in the heart of Da Nang! Looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom was so big and the furniture was super comfortable. Quiet building, centrally located. Slept well. Host was friendly and communicative. The guidebook was such a nice touch. Really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time I’m in Da Nang. Thanks Bare! :)

Great apartment with a very convenient location — just a couple of minutes from the beach, yet far enough from the first line to be quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of excellent cafes with Asian and European cuisine within walking distance — you can try something new every evening. A nice bonus was a quality massage salon just a minute away from the building. The staff were very responsive and always ready to help with any questions. A wonderful place to stay — we’ll definitely be back!

The most beautiful sea view you could ask for. So open and beautiful. We booked a few nights and then extended to a week because it was so relaxing. Great fresh seafood restaurants in every direction. Extra large tub and bathrooms. The layout is perfect. Comfortable beds and furniture. The ocean out front is very calm and we walked out and had a great time. We spent a lot of time at a bar with bean bags on the ocean, 2$ drinks and coconuts and so relaxing. Lily was very responsive and warm and gave great recommendations. Easy entry that felt almost private. The view from the huge master bedroom and living room is worth every penny. I couldn’t have been happier with an Airbnb. 11 out of 10. Just the master bed and bathroom is the size of some apartments. We sat on the balcony every night and listened to the ocean with the bay and lady Buddha view

숙소 사진과 동일합니다 위치는 비케비치 바로 앞이라 해변 접근성은 길만 건너면 도착이에요 호텔과 개인아파트가 같이 있는 건물인데 체크인전 짐을 맡기려면 15만동을 내야합니다(호텔 투숙객이 아니기에) 체크인은 제시간에 진행되었고 체크인전 호스트가 건물 로비로 와서 맞이해줍니다 객실 청소상태는 깔끔했으며 침구류도 숙면하기 좋았어요 무엇보다 수건 향이 좋아서 씻을때마다 상쾌했습니다 약간의 아쉬운점은 호스트의 메세지 답변 속도가 매우 느린편이며 건물 건너편이 미케비치인데 밤 8시가 넘어가면 매일 디제잉을 합니다 발코니 문을 닫아도 소리가 다 뚫고 들어오는터라 이른 시간에 잠들기는 힘들어요 그 외에는 이른 아침에 해도 잘들고 여러모로 좋았습니다 발코니에서 해지는걸 보는게 좋았어요 다른분들도 이곳을 고르실때 참고하시기 바라기에 상세히 적었습니다 저는 다음에도 재방 의사 있어요

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is exactly photos, which is enough for family stays. Amenities like shampoo, bathgel, toothbrush, towels avaiable as staying in a hotel. There are many clothes washing shops in the street with cheap price, so very convinience. There are many banh my on the street in the morning, so good for fast breakfast. It is quite noisy at 10pm as it is near very crowded beach, but we can still sleep. Cleaning avaiable for free each some days, just ask the host and he will supply. He answer very fast. The swingpool is nice but with price (100k/audult, 50k/ kid) so we swim only 2 times. We prefer the beach. Sitting at the rooftop to enjoy the whole night view is great. We stays 5 days and all is good. And dont forget to ask the host to check the air conditioner before you come.

It’s one of the best Airbnb I have been staying. The place is clean, modern style, and gorgeous view. Danh is really helpful, responsive and supportive. I will definitely stay with her again whenever I come to Da Nang. There is a pool on the rooftop, it’s incredible place to stay with your family and kids. Love it.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
