When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Dřevěná chata starého typu, s elektřinou, bez přívodu vody, ten je ale na zahradě v dřevěné boudě se zahradní sprchou. V zimních měsících se kvůli zámrzu voda vypíná a nosí se ručně z nedalekého pramínku (5 minut pěšky). Topení v kamnech, hvězdy nad hlavou, les v zádech. V přízemí jsou kamna na dřevo, společná místnost s prostorem pro 2 osoby na spaní. Horní patro má 4 samostatné postele. Záchod splachovací ručně - kyblíkem :) Nádherná příroda kolem, ideální na útěk z města a načerpání energie.

A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Chalupa je situována v obci Budislav na okraji chatové oblasti Záskalí. Kolem chalupy je otevřený travnatý prostor, v blízkosti teče potok. Je vhodná pro rodinu s miminkem a většími dětmi. Je ideálním zázemím pro ty, kteří chtějí strávit dovolenou v krásném prostředí uprostřed přírody a klidu. Chalupa k pronájmu poskytuje ubytování pro 1 až 5 osob ve 2 ložnicích s dětskou postýlkou.
