Sjøbua is located just 20 metres from the sea and offers a rare combination of comfort, tranquillity and spectacular scenery. The cabin was completely renovated in 2021 and has three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and large terraces with panoramic views of the ocean. Here you can enjoy the sea view from almost every room – even from the bathtub. Sjøbua is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, high-speed internet, a barbecue, firewood and a fire pan.

The tenant must bring bed linen and towels, the duvets are 220 cm, 1x150 cm double bed, 2x75 cm bunk bed, 4x90 cm mattresses on the lofts. Running water, (not for drinking) drinking water is included in cans and can be filled up at Kvenvær. The house is located on a quiet property with access to a boathouse and a professional 20-foot aluminium boat with a 60 HP engine, sonar and chartplotter for fishing, etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1200.- day. The owner and their family live on the same property and have been experienced hosts for many years. There is also access to several freshwater lakes for shore fishing.

Go for a walk, bring a fishing rod to fish in the sea or in fresh water. Go out by boat, try your luck at fishing or enjoy a delicious meal by the lake. Sea and land, here we have everything close by. There is the possibility to rent a boat in close connection to the rental. There are two different boats to choose from. Welcome to an adventurous stay. This is the perfect stop before or after the atlanticroad, or if you're just passing by. We offer you a separate small newly renovated guesthouse with a kitchen and living room in one, separate bedroom and toilet. OUTDOOR SHOWER (please look at the pictures so you know what to expect). On our small farm, we have many animals; free-range chickens, ducks, rabbits, dogs, cats, horses and llamas. The location is rural, car is the preferred means of transport. Welcome

Her kan du nyte stillheten og slappe av sammen med hele familien. Alt på et plan! Nydelig utsikt, nær sjøen og badestrand. Frøya byr på mange turmuligheter. Fiske i både ferskvann og sjø. Det ligger en nydelig badestrand i Aunvågen ca 300m fra hytta. Vi har en 15 fot båt liggende i en båthavn 1km fra hytta som å kan benyttes, inkludert. Til sep. Må være båt vante/båtførerbevis. Husk sengetøy og håndklær. Dere må selv rydde og vaske hytta etter bruk. Tenk på de som kommer etter dere.

Nybygd tretopphytte i Romundstadbygda i Rindal, med 360° fantastisk panoramautsikt til fjellene i Trollheimen. Kom hit og nyt utsikten i helt stille omgivelser uten noen naboer eller forstyrrelser. Mye dyreliv i området, her kan det plutselig vandre en elg rett utenfor verandaen. Oppkjørt skiløype 150m fra hytta, veldig gode turmuligheter sommer og vinter. Mulighet for fiske og småviltjakt. Fiskekort og småviltkort i Rindal utmarkslag er inkludert i leien.

Cozy little cottage by the lake

Unique guest house for two people, located right by the lake. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, this is the place for you. The guest house can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be added. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for NOK 250.
