Suly is a great host. When we couldn’t get in the gate she came right over to help us out. She noticed I recently had surgery and without hesitation she moved us from the 3rd floor unit to the 2nd floor one which really helped. I really apperciated that. She even helped carry my luggage up the stairs knowing she is supposed to take it light as well. When we got into the similar rental everything was set up the same and looked just as nice as the one I picked out for me and my mother. My mother really liked how it was less than 3 buildings away from her sister that we came to visit. Suly followed up with us to make sure everything was ok and answered any questions within the hour. I really appreciated the entire service and unit rented. She is going on my favorite list for when we come back next year. 😊 AC and the fan worked great. The breeze that comes in from the windows and balcony door really help cool the living room. Water heats up quick and having a king bed was awesome since it was me and my mom sleeping there.

Very gracious, welcoming hosts with great tips. The palacio has tasteful old world/colonial decor in a location that is convenient to everything in the old town. The hosts served an excellent breakfast complete with engaging conversation

Cedric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded to all our inquiries within moments. He was kind, caring and always helpful. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, clean and had a spectacular view. Airport transportation was worry free. There was always an endless supply of snacks and various meal options to enjoy. The staff overall are amazing, making your stay wonderful. A few comments that I have regarding the resort are no reflection of Cedric. We paid for wifi service and it was not accessible most of the time. Trying to address the service issues was frustrating. Although we understand the process for evening dinner reservations, doing it every few days rather than every day would be easier. Of course you can always go to the buffets which are great. Beautiful resort to enjoy sunshine, relax time and priceless views. Reserve your experience through Cedric. You won’t be disappointed!

Lo recomiendo un lugar excelente para ir a descansar… El personal muy atento y servicial La playa maravillosa, la comida buena recomiendo la caseta #29 de Altagracia Mambo Rach todo bien Visitar la reserva de los manatíes,para fotos vistas del Atlántico me encanto,cayó arenas!! Desde el hotel está todo cerca Darles las gracias a la señora y su esposo que nos atendieron sumamente bien Al señor flete mil gracias!! Repetiremos….

Excelente lugar, los anfitriones fueron muy amables y siempre estuvieron a disposición de nosotros, volvería a hospedarme con ellos nuevamente.

Le condo était tres bien. L'environnementétait spécial car pour les personnes agés, on nous a avisé d'être prudent et de ne pas sortir le soir. La plage est tres proche et magnifique. Quelques petites choses pourraient être fait pour que l'appartement soit encore meilleur mais sinon tout était parfait. Nous saluons bien Mirka et Roberto.

This is my second visit here. I loved it so much I rented 3 rooms this time so I can bring my friends and family. The staff, breakfast, bar, pool and areas are amazing!

Loveeed everything, hope to go back soon! Babette is very kind, she was always making suure I had everything I needed.

A mi y a mi familia nos encanto, sobretodo lo que nos gusto es que esta tal cual como está en las fotos tanto como la cocina, habitaciones, sala y la piscina todo impecable. Muy buena opción a la hora de buscar tranquilidad. Pero lo más importante fue la atención con la anfitriona, siempre estaba disponible para responder mis inquietudes. Muchas gracias

Sabine es una increíble host, el alojamiento y todos los que trabajaban ahí eran muy buenos y en general fue una experiencia muy agradable, me hospedaría otra vez en Le BDM playita para volver a disfrutar de su envidiable ubicación y excelentes instalaciones.

Rafaela y su sobrina Carolina fueron unas excelentes anfitrionas, muy amables y serviciales. El lugar es igual que las fotos y está en una zona céntrica, la recomiendo

El hotel es increíble, muy lindo, limpio y ordenado, la comida es fresca y deliciosa, los precios son justos, las áreas comunes son limpias y muy bonitas, la atención y el servicio excelente.
