nice Apartment in a nice Village

Thank you very much to Cory, as well as his team, caring and very friendly people, the place is an oasis of peace, very close to the city center, you can easily get around on foot, restaurant and beach. Great value for the money. Surely we will go back if we don't pass Sosua yet.

I only stayed two night but I was impressed with the service. I also liked that I could walk around in the secure neighborhood and could sit by the ocean.

Stay right on the beach. The owner will provide a lot of interesting information and advice about the Dominican Republic. Great price/performance ratio.

Herman’s place is great. Sosúa beach is a great little beach that I always like to pass which traveling in the Dominic Republic. Herman’s place is only 5 minutes away from the beach and the room was very clean and comfortable. We meet the host and two of his friends. Town locals and spent a fun night hanging out although his English was limited. There is a restaurant on premises. But not much variety.

A beautiful and peaceful place with opportunities for healthy activities and meals, socializing, fresh air, abundant tropical plants and some wildlife. Highly recommend it as a place to recharge physically and mentally.

The place was excellent, very quiet, cool and cozy. The photos and description really matched the reality. Clear instructions from David, communication whenever necessary and Maria is also very kind to welcome us. The way to get there is also fabulous.

Good space, the air worked perfect and the gentleman who received us very friendly is only missing a sign or something outside the accommodation as it is inside a business-type gate but the rest is excellent for an overnight stay and the other day take my flight (10/15 mint. From the airport)

This place is cute and cozy. Walking distance to the beach and public transit. The location shows it’s on the beach side but it is across the street about a 4-5 min walk to the beach. Surrounded by nature. The host was very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed my stay. The water goes out and there is no air conditioning. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Nice neighbors as well.

Thank you Neal and Darlene for the lovely Weekend we spend in your home. The garden with all the bamboos is amazing, the walk to the waterfall was incredible, and we had a good time cooking pizzas in your home made wood oven . We will come back to see you soon.

Doña Luisa is very friendly, helpful, always active, flexible. The apartment is comfortable, has everything you need and the location is the most important thing. Lots to do around, very safe. I'll use this space again and recommend it
