The following can be used jointly in the residential complex: outdoor pool, tennis, billiards table, table tennis, table football, barbecue (bricked), fireplace The neighbor is a horse farm with a riding hall.

My property is located on the edge of the forest in a quasi-secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski resorts as well as in the midst of the most beautiful hiking routes. You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.
