My property is located on the edge of the forest in a quasi-secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski resorts as well as in the midst of the most beautiful hiking routes. You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

Nearest train stations: Windischgarsten or Hinterstoder. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Swimming area 20 m on the river - if the water level allows it. Cross-country ski trail by the house 15 min. to ski resort, 5 min. to lake Hiking

The penthouse "Hill - 73" absolutely deserves its name. On more than 90m² the holiday apartment offers pure luxury and is really dreamlike.<br>It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a beautiful open kitchen with an adjoining living/dining area, open fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. With the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday penthouse offers enough space for 6 people.

Ferienhütte Grimming

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise welcome are dogs who feel "puddel comfortable" with us!

The Jörgenbauerhütte

The Jörgenbauerhütte is located at 1,400 meters on the Gammeringalm on the border of Upper Austria with Styria. In the meadows around the hut, the alpine cattle graze in summer. Since the hut can only be reached via a private forest path, you can only hear the bells of the cows grazing on the alpine pasture. In the fall you can sometimes hear the tube of the deer - nothing else.

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Our "Heidi" and "Elfi" are surrounded by nature. Whether lying comfortably in the 180 cm bed and looking out the window or enjoying the mild evening on your own small terrace....just as you like it😉....a hot tub is also available. Each of our barrels has its own bathroom😉

Landhaus Lockett sits at 800m above sea level and, due to its central location in the heart of the Ennstal, is an ideal starting point for many hikes and sporting activities in both summer and winter. We are only 13 minutes by car from a huge ski area.
