The property is well located in a nice society where the neighbours would keep to themselves. the host is very welcoming and chill, you can call him up for drinks anytime ( I surely did ). My overall experience has been perfect.

Me and my friends stayed at Anisha's Airbnb for couple of days. Out of an amazing place to stay with friends or family, great spacious living room and bedrooms as well as great terrace and swimming pool makes the bnb worth the cost. Anisha was very responsive and helpful to my queries. And the caretaker Sagar made the stay very easy and peaceful.

Our stay at Tree House Villa was absolutely delightful. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—cozy, charming, and nestled beautifully. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of our trip was the food. Every meal was freshly prepared, delicious, and full of local flavors. The cook (Tai) did an amazing job Our caretaker ( Nitin) was also exceptional—warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Their hospitality really enhanced the whole experience and made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend Tree House Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy getaway with great service and food to match. Can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing weekend getaway at this beautiful property MODI CASA with friends and family! Everything was perfect—from the spotless and well-maintained space to the peaceful surroundings. The caretaker (Nikesh Dada) was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. A special mention to the friendly dog, who made our stay even more delightful! We arrived a bit early, and the caretaker kindly allowed us to be on the premises, which was a thoughtful gesture and added to the great hospitality. The place offered a clean, comfortable environment, excellent service, games for kids-adults both indoor & outdoor, clean pool, 2 sedan parking space and a relaxing vibe—perfect for unwinding or having fun with loved ones. A big thank you to our wonderful host, Saajan, for making our stay seamless and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and can’t wait to visit again!

This was my second visit to Neha's place, and this time I was coordinating. She's lovely to deal with, and the place is homely, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommend for a stay in Pune.
