Countryside house from 1888 with lake views. We offer a spacious upper floor. The bedroom has lake views and a fireplace. Livingroom with good views of the lush garden which you have acess to. Fully equiped kitchen which also has a fireplace. The entrance is shared with the hosts, who live downstairs. You dispose the whole upper floor yourselves. The surroundings offer great nature; lake with beach 150m walk away, forests and archipelago. Stockholm is 37 minutes away by train from Vagnhärad.

My’s garden in Trosa

Hi! Welcome to this cozy villa in Trosa. The owner has three separate houses, one of which is used as a studio. The owner lives in the main house. And the guest house is here which is in the announcement .It is about 35 square meters, with a spacious living room with a fireplace and a mini kitchen with a small refrigerator. The guest room has a separate shower and toilet. Here, guests will share the laundry room and outdoor space with the owner. But each has its own independent outdoor space.

Trosa Stuga ♡ mysig stuga, gångavstånd Trosa C.

Välkommen till stugan som ligger 200m från havet. Stugan har separat sovrum o badrum. Nybyggd altan med stor gräsmatta framför. Det härliga huset har gångavstånd (15 min) till pittoreska Trosa C med underbara restauranger, caféer o butiker. Stränder o Trosa Havsbad på gång- cykelavstånd. Påslakan samt handdukar ingår i priset. I badrummet finner ni tvål o schampo till ert förfogande. Ett par cyklar finns sommartid om ni vill upptäcka omgivningen. Passar 1-4 pers, bäst för 2.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. List of the equipment on our web site savogard. You clean the cottage yourself before departure.

Koppla av i en nybyggd villa i naturnära område med bubbelpool och fullt utrustat kök. Villan blev helt nybyggd och klar i Januari 2023. Cozy cottage from 18yh century

Two small rooms with kitchenette in the hall. Bathroom. Sheets, towels and cleaning are not included in the price, the guest bring their own and clean the cottage before leaving, unless other agreement is made with the host. The cottage is heated. At arrival a fire have been lit, but for a continous cozy burning fire the guest bring their own firewood. Bags can be found at the local petrol station. Washing machine in separate building.

Lugnet i skogen

Boendet ligger mycket naturnära. De vilda djuren, tillgången till skogen och lugnet är fantastiskt. Samtidigt är det bara 5 minuter, så är du på motorvägen mot Stockholm (1 tim.), Trosa (20 min) eller Nyköping med Skavsta flygplats (30 min). Chansen att se vilda djur här är nästan 100%, mest hjortar. Vill ni vara säkra på att se älgar, vildsvin etc. kan vi rekommendera en vilddjurspark på Öster malma, bara 20 min härifrån.
