Beachfront holiday rental in Higuillar

Carlos and Lilly were great in communicating and quickly answering our questions. The unit was very clean and well stocked with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean--and you could easily hear the waves. While we were staying here the power, unfortunately, went out for the entire island. We were lucky to have only been without power for about 18 hours when other people had to wait days. There were LED lanterns for our immediate use, which came in especially handy, and Lilly helped us with the garage, which was on a backup power supply. Even with this blip, my family's trip was great. The beach, right in front of the unit, was amazing and very private. Although you could not swim here, it was a short walk to Mar Chiquita beach, which was sheltered and had amazing water clarity. Frutos Del Guacabo, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, is a neat local farm with fresh produce (fruit and veggies) from Puerto Rico. I had the best pineapple and mamey sapote--ever--from here.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Great location, within walking distance of a lot of great local shops like Anita gelato and the San Sebastián road. The house is also cosy and is equipped with a lot of necessities. Maybe it’s just something I care about but the washer / dryer was a life saver

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. We had the best time staying at Good Vibes! Rey was super helpful and kind when we went to the wrong location. Our flight got delayed so we didn’t get into PR till 11pm and we were lost and he came and picked us up. He also gave us great recommendations for food! The place is a great distance from the beach and all the restaurants but at the same time tucked away where it is peaceful and quiet at night. Would in a heartbeat come back to stay at Good Vibes again!

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

Amanda is very responsive throughout our stay. The place is well maintained and its 5 min walk to beach. The community is very good, secure and well maintained. One thing which I wish I had known before hand was, internet. While this is not the issue with this home/community, its the area. They said it was due to the storm.

An outstanding home away from home. The apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need in a perfect location. The concierge staff were so friendly and helpful which is not always the case. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Great bus services so a car absolutely not essential. Highly recommend...

Everything was as expected based on the reviews I read ahead of time. There was only two of us and it was perfect for just us. The instructions were excellent. We arrived late and had no issues. We had a rental car so having a parking spot in the garage was perfect. The air conditioners worked wonderfully. When I had questions they were answered promptly. It was a great experience! Thank you!

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. House is easy to find in a nice neighborhood. The house has everything you need to stay comfortably. Every day after our adventures we swam in the pool, cooked dinner and relaxed. Host checked in frequently to make sure everything was up to par. Would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at Nestor's house. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. He even found us two wonderful babysitters so we could go out for dinner. We cooked everyday and found almost everything we needed in the kitchen. The grill worked and was wonderful. The private pool and beach were wonderful. It was convenient to get around nearby, and the grocery store was very close. Easy to get there from the airport, also a reasonable uber ride.

Great location! Walkable to the beach, pool, and hotel amenities next door. Good instructions. Very clean and comfortable. Side note- There is no shade at the beach or pool, which is tough if you are super fair-skinned like me. A beach umbrella was provided, which was super nice, but even the slightest bit of wind caused it to invert and be unusable. So, you may want to bring a Shibumi with you in your luggage if you want shade on the beach. Also, be sure to bring your snorkel gear as you can see tropical fish in the water! The only slight drawback was no washer or dryer, but I was aware of this beforehand. I just think having that would have elevated the experience to a 10/10! Overall, would recommend a stay here! Most complete place we’ve ever been. The house was more than what we had been expecting not only with a jacuzzi but with a BBQ grill as well. Only had to cross the street to be at the beach and a good restaurant we’ve been to before. Quiet neighborhood considering all the bars and restaurants in the area. Too bad we had to end our vacation in Puerto Rico and couldn’t get a few family members to come visit us at this great place to cook a few burgers at the grill and a few cocktails.

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

We had such a wonderful stay here. We have 4 kids so there was plenty of room for everyone and they took advantage of playing in the backyard. Renting a car is a must if you want to explore, there is only 2 restaurants and 2 beaches within walking distance. We planned on staying in the house a lot so it was perfect for us, we truly enjoyed the house and could not beat the view.

This is the kind of Airbnb that restores my faith in the platform. It exceeded all expectations! Conveniently tucked behind Dorado Del Mar and just steps from the beach, the location couldn’t be better. Perfect for business travelers, the apartment was spotless, had strong Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets for all my devices, a comfortable workspace, and even an ironing board. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to make my stay seamless—and the private gated parking was the cherry on top, offering total peace of mind.

This was a beautiful home to stay in. The location was beautiful as well. The home is as pictured. A lot of amenities. Really, everything we needed for a comfortable stay away from home. It was very clean. The host was very responsive and provided wonderful suggestions for restaurants. I highly recommend this home for up to 8 guests. You won't be disappointed.

This is absolutely the best AirBnB we have stayed at. The floor to ceiling white was gorgeous, and everything was so clean! Even the washer & dryer. It is beautifully designed and decorated, exactly as pictured. We felt very comfortable and right at home. The hot tub was amazing and located with a beautiful view of the ocean, coconut trees, and iguanas. We were able to see the sunrise when up early enough! 😉 I normally don’t use anyone’s coffee machine, but I used the one here b/c it was so clean, and a delicious blend of coffee was provided. Everything we needed to feel at home was provided. Alfredo even left a special gift, a bottle of Champagne 🍾, for my husband and I knowing we were in Puerto Rico to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We are definitely looking forward to our next trip to Puerto Rico, and we will definitely be staying at Alfredo’s Bella Bahía 3. It is located close to so many of the suggested activities Alfredo gave us. Thank you so much for the hospitality!
