We loved our stay Casa Duran! Bryan was so helpful and responsive to our needs, from booking transportation from the airport and back to giving us help throughout the week if we had any questions. We went to the supermarket (Nacional Supermarcado) on our way from the airport and got most of the food we needed. There are some cute upscale restaurants nearby as well. We rented a golf cart and are so glad we did. Not only was it fun, but it was so much easier to explore. There are also some smaller grocery stores/ markets nearby, but they didn’t have as big of a selection. Our location faced a beautiful pool area and the ocean. The landscaping was beautiful as well and we felt very safe there. One note, is that I wish we could’ve come on a different month. We came in June and the seaweed was really bad on almost all of the area beaches, rendering them unusable & smelly. This is no fault of the condo, just nature. Thankfully we took a trip to Macao beach (gorgeous) & used the nice pool.

An excellent stay in a gated community just to the south of the airport (about a 10 min drive). The property was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of areas to relax. There are a variety of great restaurants about a 5 minute walk from the property. Natalia was an excellent host; very communicative and helpful with recommendations. She made the stay feel right at home and even came to greet me as I arrived to provide information on the local area. A highly recommended stay if you are looking for a place to relax and be away from the main strip in Bavaro. I would definitely stay again!

I chose Nancy's property in Cocotal for Holy Week, dates when I prefer to spend in a peaceful, calm, and family-friendly environment, and according to her description, this would be the perfect place. Nancy describes her place in detail, and what she mentions is exactly what you'll get. It’s a safe place where peace can be felt, very comfortable and well equipped. I had never rented such a clean and sparkling space as this house; I highly recommend it, and of course, I would definitely come back.

We stayed several days at the unit Gabriel happened to be in the neighborhood and stoped by to welcome us a great gesture showed us a tour of the unit and gave us a quick rundown of the area extremely friendly and a very nice touch would stay again and recommend to others

I had a great trip here everything was either 3 to 10 min drive anything I needed or requested Maribel was quick to respond and accommodate. Instructions were very clear and the place looks exactly as described I felt very welcomed and hope to come again

Everything was excellent, very nice, organized and spacious The pool is great, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. I had an excellent stay and enjoyed it very much

We loved having a getaway in your accommodation, it was nice, private and quiet just what we were looking for as a couple to spend time together…. The accommodation is beautiful, it is well cared for and we loved the decoration... we are sure we will return!

To be honest, I don't understand the few negative reviews at all. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and has very good amenities. In my opinion, better than some hotels. The complex is beautiful and very quiet. Perfect to unwind and relax. The staff in the facility are also courteous, friendly and helpful. Shopping, bars, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. You can also easily take the bus to Bayahibe and La Romana. Santa Demetria was always friendly and asked how we were doing, if everything was okay and if I arrived well on the day of arrival. I was also allowed to stay a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure, because my return flight was not until late in the evening. I can only recommend you and the apartment. My next holiday will be there again.

Reymon was very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get inside the apartment and quiet. The apartment was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. Everything was great overall.

This home was wonderful. Whenever I come back to Punta Cana I will stay here again for sure. Disappointed with the WiFi at the top floor at times. Who needs WiFi though if you are having a good time The pool is private. The neighborhood has everything you could want in DR. Right by the beach. The host was very responsive to any issue or question. Allowed my guest and I to have an uninterrupted good time. Literally 5 star stay. Grill works, pool works, hot water showers without long waits. I’ll be ranting and raving about this Airbnb for at least a yr. The convenience store and liquor store right on the first floor and same street. Just so many great things honestly. Thank you managers if this place

The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, there was everything needed there as if you were home. I had no complaints about this location and would highly recommend if you don't mind walking a bit.

Great place nice host I loved how safe I felt when staying. security was so nice although it was a language barrier what can I expect I’m in there country. I loved it although the jacuzzi didn’t get Hot! ! The pool was amazing it felt like we had the place to ourselves not many bugs well no mosquitoes and we did notice our room had few ants if we weren’t cautious i definitely think it’s worth it not just for the amount but for the experience I had a renter car so it worked nothing more than a 20 min drive at most and the small beach was definitely a vibe just have exact cash they don’t hold change but will stay again hope the host feels the same

We had a pleasant stay at Jesus' place. The location was a short uber ride to downtown, a 10 min walk to the beach (albeit, only 2 options for you to enjoy if youre not staying at one of the beachfront resorts). We did encounter roaches in the bathroom on 2 separate occasions during our stay, but seemed typical for the area, and the home seemed cleaned overall. Jesus was very responsável, friendly and helpful. The price was fair and overall would recommend! Thanks Jesus!

No need to look any further, Estrella dominicus it’s great and keep in mind that the place it’s located next to all mayor resorts and it’s super safe. All restaurants are open late and service is excellent, lots to do including saona island excursions, nightlife and amazing restaurants including onnos by the beach which was amazing. Highly recommend this place

Amazing experience! The listing exceeded our expectations. Everything was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable and the decor had a lot of charm. The location was perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. The host was very attentive, responded quickly to our messages and was there for any concerns. We would definitely stay here again. Communication was seamless! Olga was extremely responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish! Her recommendations and tips were very helpful. I can’t thank her enough, she really made my stay even better. She literally went above and beyond! This condo was absolutely like you see in the photos if not even better in person and beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The kitchen area was pristine and stocked with important essentials. Excellent for the moments I wanted to cook something quickly. Although I absolutely enjoyed all the restaurants within this oasis. I felt safe and ventured out using the golf cart, taxis and walked throughout my stay and really fell in love with this area. I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony, waking up to the sea everyday was a dream come true. I will be back very soon! Thank you Olga for the best time ever!
