Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Highlands County

This was our second time staying at this beautiful lakefront location, and it was a hit with the kids again. Very quiet area with lots of wildlife and a nice swimming area. About a 10 minute drive from the quaint town center. Thanks for another good trip!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! Kevin responded promptly when I was in a panic to book. We were already in town and our planned air bnb fell through. It was meant to be because this place was even better! It’s a beautiful house with everything needed plus a great dock on the canal for fishing and kayaking. Kevin and Faith are very friendly and accommodating!

Amazing little getaway location. Great for unplugging from society. Hosts did a really good job at making you feel at home, with complementary snacks and coffee. Air conditioning is great in the house, and the amenities are awesome.

Excellent accommodations. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Definitely worth your money. Highly recommended.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect: close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet for relaxing evenings. Our host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay, including local tips that really enhanced our trip. We were very satisfied with both the house and the host. We rented a boat and had a great time on the lake. Paris let us use their nice wakeboard, tube and tow rope for the boat, which was really a hit with a couple of our younger guests. The porch always had a breeze and was where we all loved to hang out in the AM for coffee and the PM for conversation. The raised view of the lake from the porch was superb. We had ping pong matches and played cards. There were also many other games available. There were lots of small thoughtful details, too many to list, but really added to our experience. All had fun, and we most certainly recommend both Paris and her lovely house on Lake June!

Well worth it, clean and tidy great communication and hospitality. Would recommend it to anybody that wants get away for a few days.

It was a wonderful weekend getaway at the villa! Very much enjoyed the view and how close it was to all the necessary stores and Sebring International Raceway.

Candy and I enjoyed an awesome Sebring vacation thanks in large part to our stay in Alice’s villa. The location is great … shopping, golf, and really good restaurants are near-by. The villa was neat and well laid out and that makes for an efficient and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and lounging the around pool…. This was our second stay here and we are very much looking forward to our third !!!

The condo was nicely updated and well equipped. Trevor was the best host we have had - very helpful. He makes a great ambassador for Sebring, which is like a taste of a quiet, southern hometown.

Great place to stay for the Lake Placid/ Sebring area. The kitchen was well equipped and couch was very comfortable. This place felt like home.

Place was exactly as pictured. George reached out to answer any questions and tell us how to get in. The place was spotless. Had K cups, creamers and sugars available. Kitchen also has a regular brewer and filters available. It was well stocked and fridge had working ice and water dispenser. There were small toiletry starters available in the bathrooms. Nice handhelds in the showers. Extra towels and linens available. Only used master bed - it was a king size and very comfortable. The living room couch was huge and comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony on the sofa out there. Would 100% rent from him again if it’s available!
