We had an amazing holiday staying at Dom & Lisa’s place. It was the perfect cozy environment we needed, with a lovely verandah space to chill out. The amazing gardens were full of birds to listen to and watch, and even when the weather turned rainy it was lovely just relaxing. We were not in the thick of things but nothing was very far away, so was the ideal location for our first time on the Gold Coast. Dom & Lisa were amazing hosts and I will definitely be coming back.

I just absolutely loved Marilyn's place. I traveled solo, and this was perhaps the best solo Airbnb experience, although it would work for couples. I thoroughly thought that the home was adequately equipped with everything I needed, and it was a short uber away for all the key destinations I wanted to go as it was a very central location. I think what made staying at Marilyn's place was Marilyn herself. She is such a kind and endearing person, I booked a year in advance, and although my dates changed a bit. I decided to just stick with Marilyn just based on her great communication. She was always a short call away if I needed anything and would often say hi to her as I left. She is very personable, and I find that is more and more rare as AirBnB hosts commercialize properties.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Britt gave us the warmest welcome upon arrival, and her attention to detail was exceptional. She thoughtfully took care of all the little things to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The backyard view was a highlight—watching kangaroos and turkeys in their natural setting was such a treat. The rooms were nice and cozy. we really appreciated the variety of entertainment options, including books, board games, and a smart TV. For nature lovers, this place is a perfect base—just a 30-minute drive from stunning waterfalls, scenic nature walks, glow worm caves, and more. A big thank you to Britt for the fresh-baked bread and for generously providing snacks, butter, milk, water, and other thoughtful touches. The surprise Easter bunny chocolate and the take-home goodies were such a sweet gesture. Thank you, Britt and family, for making our stay so special and for the lovely send-off. We will absolutely be back!

Comfortable and quaint place to stay! Gabi is amazing at responding and helping out with any issues as well. Highly recommend!
