Tiny house holiday rentals in Highland Council

The place is super quiet and the view is amazing! It is not very private, since the cabin is located at the front yard of the main house, so we did not felt very comfortable keeping the curtains open all the time. Other than that, it is a walk away from a cute and nice cafe (just be aware of the opening times) and the Torrin Pools & Waterfalls, that are beautiful. The cabin is super well equipped and has everything you need for cooking a meal and resting after a day of exploring. The host was also very kind to give us some tips about the island and where to go and what to see.

We had a great couple of days in Talmine. Jenny and Andy are lovely friendly hosts. The Wee Housie had everything as described and everything we needed. Very comfortable for us and our dog. The views from the front are stunning. Some great walks and trails around - we did Castle Vallich, around Tongue and then drove the loch. Great place to stop on our journey around the North of Scotland.

Alex is a true Scottish Gentleman, and a very gentle and well-read soul at that. Nestled in a small piece of highlands heaven, Alex's farm is tranquil (though there's a spot of logging over yonder in 2025) and the a-frame house matched Magnus's description and caveats. I could have spent a lot more time talking to the erudite Alex over a cup of tea, but he had sheepdogs to train! A wonderful stay indeed.

Beautiful cabin with charming interior and fabulous wood burner. Truly excellent location for hiking in Glen Lyon. Tim was a fabulous host who gave the airbnb experience we remember from the early days which is often missing now. Loved it!

Sehr schöne Lage. Die Pods waren klein aber sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Gut ausgestattet, schöner Gemeinschaftsraum. Fussläufig in Restaurants im Ort möglich. Sehr gute Kommunikation.

Wir waren leider nur 2 Nächte dort und bereuen es sehr. Denn es ist traumhaft dort. Der Kopf kann einfach runterfahren. Anita ist wirklich eine unglaublich nette und witzige Gastgeberin, sie hat mit ihrem Charme uns aus einer blöden Situation gerettet. Wenn wir nochmal nach Schottland kommen, dann kehren wir auf jedenfall nochmal dort ein und dann für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Nick and Kate were great hosts who made us very welcome. The studio is comfortable, very stylish, and practical, with fantastic views. A great place for a peaceful and relaxing stay, with walks straight into great countryside.

We had a wonderful time at Juanella and Willie's farm. They are very friendly hosts, we felt like home straight away. We loved to be greeted every morning by 7 friendly Border collies (we are going to miss them very much). If you have a chance go for farm buggy tour with Willie, to meet farm animals (lovely Highland cows) and learn about history of the farm and area. There is a lot to do and see in this part of the Highlands. Strongly recommend 👌

The location is perfect and the room with the view is great. The host were amazing.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights on our way home from the Western Isles. Place was beautiful and with a private covered eating out space and a patio to sit out on too in the sunshine. Great location being only eight miles from Inverness and close to the NC500 route. We’ll definitely stay here again if available when next back in the area.

We had a lovely stay! The tiny house has everything you need and even more: we felt home immediately. It was pre-heated and very clean. We stayed in a few other AirBnBs in Scotland and this was the best one. Would recommend it 100%! We’d definitely come back 😊

Der Aufenthalt war toll! Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und die Aussicht ein Traum. Gordon hat sich erkundigt, ob wir gut angekommen sind. Wir haben Schafe, Kühe und Rehe von der Hütte aus sehen können. Einen kurzen Fußmarsch entfernt ist das Elgol Bistro mit tollem Essen und super nettem Personal. Es gibt auch ein Cafe. Wenn wir nach Isle of Skye zurück kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!

Desde un primer momento fue muy amable enviándonos las indicaciones para la llegada y, a nuestra llegada nos recibió Xia indicándonos el funcionamiento del pod con detalles. Aunque es en el jardín trasero, tenías toda la intimidad y aparte podías estar con su perro que es muy juguetón. Muy recomendable.

Alison's tiny home was absolutely perfect for my husband and me to Basecamp for our day trips in the area. The home was well stocked and the design was perfect for us. Alison proactively reached out to make sure we were comfortable. We could have spent a whole vacation there with the porch and the views of the Loch and mountains.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Glen Dragon! Ruth was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. We made friends with a sweet little chicken called Star Anise, who regularly came to the front door. I’m sat at home missing her already! We got to see all the animals with Ruth’s very knowledge daughter and got to meet pigs, sheep, chickens and ducks. It was truly magical! We had an amazing goodie basket and fruit bowl on arrival which was a very thoughtful touch and was much appreciated. It was a beautiful little pod and had everything we could need. The beds were comfy and we also cooked several meals. It is very remote (you will definitely need a car), but that is a good thing. It is quiet and peaceful and absolutely what we needed. The views are stunning too. We even used the BBQ and tasted some whiskey from our very own ‘whiskey bar’! There were fresh eggs and incredible views… it was a wonderful place and we are already planning our return! Thank you so much

Magical stay! So looking forward to a return trip. We felt right at home and enjoyed exploring Skye and Sleat.

Beautiful Cabins located in a quite area by the sea. A great place to start exploring the Isle of Skye!

Booked this for my parents to go away for my mums 50th. Zoey has been so helpful right from the beginning, booked some lovely extras for my parents to enjoy Cabin was very clean and tidy, my parents really enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as the privacy They loved all the little features like the stags that are nicely decorated Would book again

Wir hatten wundervolle 6 Tage bei Jaqueline und es war alles einfach toll. Das Cottage ist mit soviel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Jaqueline ist so freundlich und sofort da wenn man Fragen hat oder etwas benötigt. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind fantastisch. Wir können von ganzem Herzen "Danke"sagen für die wundervolle Zeit. Wenn wir wieder planen an die Nordküste zu fahren wird das unsere Unterkunft. Vielen Dank für alles.

I can't recommend this pod highly enough. I stayed one night and wish it was longer. The pod had everything I needed and more. Clear instructions on how to reach the property, which was open on arrival. George wasn't available for welcome, but he sent a friend who checked on me which was a lovely personal touch. The complimentary breakfast was just fantastic, included eggs, cereal and bread to name just a few. The fridge was stocked with milk, yogurt, water and juice. I have never stayed anywhere with this level of service - five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Vue incroyable, petit logement plein de charme, toute commodité dans un petit espace. L’accès au parc est top, avec la compagnie des moutons. Très bon accueil par le propriétaire. Je recommande.

There are not enough words to say how perfect this stay was. Chloe left no details out when designing/decorating the Serendipity Tiny Home. We didn't stay long enough to try out the hot tub, but If we ever make our way out to Scotland again, we will most definitely stay here for longer!

We spent 3 nights in the lovely little accommodation and had a really nice time during our trip in the Scottish Highlands. We had all we need and everything was as described :) Lisa made it very easy for us to find and enter the lodge.
