Perfect place for a long term stay in Southampton! Lucia was very helpful and the room had everything I needed.

Hosts and their place are terrific in every way! Place is just as described, immaculate, comfortable, cheerful and quiet. We bicycled to New Forest. Bicycled to the port. We look forward to staying here again. Big thanks to hosts!!

House was spotlessly clean, easy to access and a home from home with comfortable beds and a hot shower. A great house for work trips or groups and suited us perfectly. A few slight issues with automated messages and a holding deposit request right at the last minute (due to being new to air bnb platform) but it was all resolved and no holding deposit was paid. The host took this on board and will be amending their procedure I believe.

Sadly, due to the hours I was working, I didn't have too many opportunities to use the enormous balcony and furniture, but on the few occasions I did, it was great looking out over the river and watching the sunset. Being there for a month, It was essential that I had somewhere homely and comfy, and this certainly was. There were other shocks too, like kitchen knives that were SHARP! Good selection of cooking equipment. Useful bits and pieces in the kitchen cupboards! Amazing! Hope it's still free in 2027!
