We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in deze woning in Wenen. De locatie is echt uniek – je bevindt je op een plek waar het prachtige Wenen en de rustgevende natuur samenkomen. De omgeving is rustig en groen, wat zorgt voor een ontspannen sfeer, terwijl het centrum van de stad toch goed bereikbaar is. De ruimte in en om de woning geeft een heerlijk gevoel van vrijheid. Ideaal voor wie even aan de drukte wil ontsnappen zonder de stad helemaal achter zich te laten. Een aanrader!

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

* Location: peaceful surrondings, private garden, huge park nearby, clean air * House: clean, well equipped, we felt right at home, quality & comfortable furnitures. The private garage was a big plus as well * Host: kind, helpful, quick to respond to messages * Overall: the best place I have stayed in Vienna so far. Highly recommended to all!

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vienne dans cette maison très agréable. Le living est spacieux et accueillant, la terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis est parfaite pour se détendre, et la proximité immédiate des bois permet de magnifiques balades – idéal quand on voyage avec un chien ! La maison était très propre, bien équipée, et le stationnement est facile. La literie est confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant. L’hôte a été très réactif, toujours disponible par message, et attentif au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Petit plus : on a trouvé du miel bio délicieux juste à côté, et la villa Otto Wagner avec ses superbes vitraux n’est qu’à 5 minutes en voiture. Comptez environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Vienne. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Ein wunderbarer Ort für - vor allem für Kurzentschlossene: Super schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt, eine Stunde nach der Buchung konnte ich einchecken, es wurde alles persönlich erklärt - ich hab noch 2 Decken bekommen 😊 - Die Sauna war an dem kalten Abend das Highlight. Und obwohl ich für das Frühstück eigentlich zu spät war, bekam ich noch einen Espresso. Absolut empfehlenswert und SEHR GERNE WIEDER! Danke!

Nadine war sehr flexibel. Wir konnten schon vor dem angegebenen Termin in die Unterkunft einziehen. Nadine und Jürgen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer es ruhiger mag, ist hier genau richtig.

The apartment is really nice and the rooftop balcony was absolutely amazing! It's close to public transportation and several attractions and some good restaurants. We spent a full week there, and it worked well enough. It would have been nice with a better equipped kitchen and somewhere to put our clothes so that we wouldn't have to live out of our suitcase. The communication could also have been a bit better. We still enjoyed our stay very much, but not sure if we would recommend it for more than one couple (perhaps with kids). The sofa bed is not the most comfortable.

Wir hatten vier wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gioia. Uns hat nichts in der Wohnung gefehlt, sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Highlight ist die tolle Dachterasse.❤️ Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch die Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist perfekt, so dass man gut in die Innenstadt kommt. Für uns war es so perfekt. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Nadine

DANKESCHÖN liebe Valeria, dass ich nun bereits zum dritten Mal eine tolle Zeit in deinem wunderschönen Zuhause verbringen durfte. Mittlerweile fühlt es sich für mich wie Heimkommen an. Die Lage ist genial, ruhig, von viel Grün umgeben und mit den Öffis ist man in kürzester Zeit mitten im quirligen Wien. Das Haus an sich und die großzügige Wohnung im Besonderen laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Es ist alles vorhanden, um den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Und Valeria selbst ist die beste Gastgeberin, die man sich nur wünschen kann. So viele Sterne kann man hier gar nicht vergeben, die aber allesamt sehr wohl verdient wären. Bis zum - hoffentlich sehr bald - nächsten Mal, liebe Valeria.

Katharinas Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet, ein toller Altbau mit hohen Decken, Parkett , Kachelofen und Doppelflügeltüren. Man konnte sich richtig „Wienerisch“ fühlen. Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm, ruhig und familienfreundlich, wer Interesse an schöner alter Villenarchitektur hat, wird hier fündig. Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad in der ganzen Stadt unterwegs. Hier war der Ort ein perfekter Startpunkt für spannende Ausflüge, aber auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Innenstadt sehr gut erreichbar. Katharina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin und wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Nous recommandons vivement ce logement, spacieux, moderne, joli et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Vous faites trois pas dehors et vous êtes dans la piscine en toute tranquillité, dans un silence reposant troublé par le chant des oiseaux. Nous avons été accueillis par les parents de Daniel et surtout par sa maman Karen. Une dame souriante et chaleureuse qui nous a fait visiter le logement. Elle a prévu de gentilles petites attentions dont une belle brioche pour notre petit déjeuner du lendemain et quelques petites choses dans le frigo. Karen nous a expliqué les trajets en tram, les restaurants et même la météo ! Nous sommes retraités et avons beaucoup voyagé en Europe et ailleurs. A great apartment that really feels like home away from home. The location is quiet and easily walkable to the subway and other modes of public transport. Self check-in using a keybox was very easy. The apartment looks brand new and has everything you might want for your stay in Vienna, including all necessary kitchen utensils to store, cook and eat your own/bought meals. In the vicinity there are many supermarkets to buy groceries (incl. Lidl, Interspar, Billa, etc.). Large-screen TVs and a coffee machine with plenty of capsules were especially appreciated by my family. A restaurant at the ground floor has great reviews and we really hope to visit it in the future. There are also differently sized apartments to rent on the same floor. Last but not least, Ying is an incredible host, with quick, friendly and helpful responses. Ying also helped us with baggage storage, which we really appreciated. Thank you and we can't wait for our next stay at Ying's apartment!

Besonders positiv ist uns aufgefallen, wie gut Christine erreichbar war und wie zügig all unsere Themen beantwortet wurden. Der Self-Check-In war gut beschrieben, sodass das kein Problem war. Bezüglich der Lage hatten wir etwas Baulärm aus den umgebenden Häusern, aber das lässt sich natürlich auch vom Vermieter nicht verhindern. Die Lage ist ansonsten außerhalb, jedoch sehr gut an sowohl S-Bahn als auch Bus angebunden und daher prima für Städtetripps. Wir würden es gerne weiterempfehlen!

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Ulli and Günther's apartment. The apartment is charming, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed to meet all the needs of travelers. The place is very quiet, extremely clean and tidy, and exceptionally well equipped. It is conveniently located near train and metro stations, making it easy to get around the city. There are also great shops nearby. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, genuinely warm and welcoming people who shared many helpful tips and information about shops, transportation, and tourist attractions in Vienna. We highly recommend it!

Το σπίτι είχε όλα όσα είχαμε ανάγκη. Υπήρχε άμεση πρόσβαση στη συγκοινωνια. Βγάλαμε κάρτα εβδομαδιαία και μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε όλα τα μέσα. Δίπλα στο σπίτι υπήρχαν μαγαζιά να ψωνίσεις τρόφιμα και ότι άλλο χρειαζοσουν. Η γειτονιά πολύ ήσυχη. Το σπίτι ήταν στις προσδοκίες μας. Ο Dominik μας έστειλε σαφείς οδηγίες και δεν δυσκολεύτηκε καθόλου. Η Βιέννη πανέμορφη!

Dieter ist wahrlich ein Superhost! Ich habe mich in seiner Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Von Anfang an hat alles gepasst. Ich durfte sogar früher einchecken. Dieter und Gabi sind beide supernett, wir hatten einen lieben Plausch am Anfang. Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Und alles funktioniert bestens. Die Matratze ist bequem (nicht selbstverständlich!). Besonders der begehbare Kasten ist ein Plus. Am allerbesten hat mir die Fürsorge und das Vorausdenken, was der Gast brauchen und schätzen könnte, gefallen. Es sind die liebevollen Details wie Wanderkarten, Buntstifte, Erste Hilfe Kit, alle möglichen Teesorten etc, Kochgeschirr - kurz: viel mehr als die übliche spartanische Ausstattung mancher Airbnbs. Ich würde sofort wieder in Dieters Wohnung bleiben. Mein Aufenthalt dort war ausnehmend schön.

Communication with Mariella was really easy. The flat was really clean and we really appreciated the terrace. There were little extras which were provided including washing up liquid, washing machine powder, tea, coffee and Mariella had even provided an aperitif, which we enjoyed while watching the sunset on the terrace! The lockers for luggage are practical. The nearby area isn't very charming, however it's practical with a supermarket just across the road and just 5 minutes from the underground and tram. Easy connections into central Vienna and to the airport. Should I return to Vienna , I would definitely stay here again.

What a great place! Armin’s place was so beautiful, and had everything you could possibly need. From a hair dryer to every cutlery and cooking utensils, it felt right at home. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The piano was a nice touch as well. Armin was so responsive and answered any question I had. Great place, so worth the price, would recommend to anyone and would definitely return again. I’m very pleased.
