Our location is close to Hickory, Morganton, with easy drives to Lake James, Table Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, and Charlotte. The best part is the peaceful setting on our 70-acre farm where you’re free to explore and enjoy the countryside.

Very peaceful location and close to shopping, restaurants, a multitude of furniture stores and LRU. The Suite has a fully stocked kitchen and the décor is eclectic with global inspirations. Enjoy the gas fire pit in the cooler months and pool during summer. Our neighborhood is great for taking a morning or evening stroll. We are about an hour from Asheville, Charlotte, or Boone.

MENZIES LOUNGE

We live in historic downtown Hickory. You will have your own private space located in the back of our home. It is a studio with a kitchenette. No stove/oven and only a beverage fridge. Adjoining your studio is an un air conditioned game room with pool table/ping pong and workout equipment. We have an outdoor shared space with a grill and fireplace. We also have a super cute golden doodle named Louis, who might be inside the fenced area. Please keep all fence gates locked.

Hosted by Flying Squirrel Cottages, Blue Ridge Bungalow is nestled in the highlands of NC in a small resort community of Linville Land Harbor. Linville River flows through the community and a dam creates a small peaceful lake that has a pool, beach area, & canoe / paddle board launch. Just beyond the lake is a community golf course. This cottage is very cozy with easy parking access. We just added a new hot tub to the cottage for your enjoyment!
