The Sawmill Cottage is 1500 SF cabin featuring a master BR and full bath on main leading to a spacious screened porch with beautiful view of woods. There is an extra Apartment available, see below. The second floor contains a loft BR with full bath. Located on wooded acreage with over a half mile of walking trails to beautiful Canton Creek with overlooking treehouse and hot tub. Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

This is a Private Guest Suite for SOLO TRAVELERS ONLY with a refreshingly modern decoration inside of my house located upstairs. It features a Private Entrance accessed through my Backyard and an En-Suite Bathroom designed with a relaxing touch of rustic river rock. Enjoy its adorable and highly multifunctional nook with a coffee bar. It was formerly the fourth room of my home that has been carefully renovated as a Private Studio overlooking a natural woodland spot (one and half acre).

3 goat kids born Jan 22nd! Come see them, as they grow up fast! Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 3 goats, Dori, her older daughter Mocha, and 3 baby goats born Jan 22nd!
