Charles was the most proactive and responsive host I have ever had on this platform. Extremely pleasant and responded immediately to questions. The home is beautiful and is maintained to perfection. The backyard was my favorite place to sit and take in the beautiful mountains. The gated community was beautiful and felt very safe. The only drawback is that the area outside the community is not as nice. There are not a lot of restaurants and stores in the immediate area. We ended purchasing groceries at a store Charles recommended and cooked our dinners and breakfast at home. Saved a lot of money that way. Overall this was great home base for our adventures around the island.

This was a beautiful home with a beautiful view. It was in a gated, newer community that offers a gym and pool. Also a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The maintenance did come to take the garbage out on our first day there and they forgot to close our door so when we returned home late that day, our door was wide open. The host answered our call and was responsive immediately and changed the code for extra security. There was extra comfort knowing it was in a small gated community and none of our things were misisng but it was definitely a big scare at first. Other than that, which I believe was a rare occurence, we truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

Hilton Village is easy. Has everything you could need or want so you don’t spend time driving all over in Honolulu traffic! We wanted to arrive and park it! This place allowed us to do just that!!

Great spot for a group of five—just the right amount of space and everything we needed. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi, but the host was super quick to help and got it sorted fast. The area is beautiful, the place was clean, and check-in was super easy. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfortably fit the 9 of us. The home has all of your basic needs and the garage is equipped with all of your beach essentials. The neighborhood was quiet and the view was immaculate. Being surrounded by serene mountain views and an ocean view from the backyard felt like a fairytale. We flew in to attend a graduation and Justin was gracious enough to allow our extended family to come over for dinner. It was nice to be able enjoy a meal with our entire family in the comfort of what felt like our home away from home. Justin and his team were gracious, responsive, and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you have a large family and want to be in a comfortable space. However, some downsides include being in a somewhat remote area. You’ll have to drive at least an hour to reach some of the more popular parts of the island, so keep that in mind when it comes to planning.

Omar was a good host, who had great communication. The villa worked perfectly, the two rooms gave everyone plenty of space. A nice balcony allowed for quite reading area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook basic meals. The Foodland market was close, maybe a fifteen minute drive. My favorite part of the stay was getting up early and going for walks along the lagoons. My spouse loved the pools and hot tubs, as well as the onsite Starbuck's. The entertainment each evening at the resort gave us a choice weather to stay on site or to venture out. When we did venture out we found easy freeway access. Paradise Cove luau is in walking distance for the energetic, we chose to drive. The onsite restaurants were good, Longhi's stood out with a great breakfast and dinner, or simply an afternoon beverage at the bar. This was a tough review to write, I wanted to be open minded and point out any shortcomings, none come to mind.

Our second time staying here . We love the location. It’s reasonably priced compared to some other air bnbs. Cant go wrong with being across the beach. It’s small and quaint and nothing crazy and perfect for our fam

I have stayed in this property once before and loved it then too. However this time - I had to make a last minute booking as other air bnb accom fell through on the day and was stuck. The team were incredible, so responsive, had me sorted and in within 2 hours of first reaching out. Do not spend your money staying at old run down hotels on the beach, the view from the balcony alone here is worth it, music playing at the cafe downstairs, palm trees swaying against the beach all visible from the balcony and from the bed. Has everything you need - drip coffee for the morning, can fit ice in the freezer for some lazy sunset balcony drinks, comfortable bed (I always travel with my own pillow so can’t comment on the pillows), air con worked beautifully. Location cannot be beaten one block from pretty much everything. Do yourself a favour, don’t read any more reviews, book this place and happy happy Hawaiian holidays.

Truly a secluded place with little to no neighbors and large enough for my family of Seven. Beautiful lighting especially at night. Hardly no AC needed as quiet as it was, could leave the windows completely open and with a fan. Kitchen needs a little more amenities for a full Airbnb experience, but provided enough to get by. Neighborhood was quiet. I think we made the most ruckus, but truly a nice little home away from home. A little further away than we anticipated from the bigger cities but easily manageable with a rental. Close to Disneys Aulani and 4 seasons!

Great Place!

In one word, AMAZING!!! Everything was exceptional, the only negative thing I can say is that now I have to buy a new bed at home because the bed at this place was incredible. The home was exactly as advertised, the views of the ocean were sensational. There were even extras for the beach such as coolers, snorkels, umbrellas, boogie boards and much more. Friendly and responsive hosts were there for us, even before we needed them. As long as you know where you are staying and are prepared for the drive, this place is a premium slice of heaven in heaven. Thank you for being part of our adventure.

Everything was perfect, the house looked like in the pictures, or even better, beautiful, clean and well-kept house, breathtaking views, 10 minutes from the house is the most beautiful beach on the island of oahu, the hosts were very kind, communicative and helpful, I definitely recommend it!

This place was incredible. The house was clean, quiet, and in a very beautiful setting. We had a rental car and found our favorite beach on the west side of the island—only 15 minutes from the house, though there are closer beaches, too. The house was generously stocked with everything we needed to cook, shower, sleep, and sit on the beach. I would highly recommend this place. There were 7 adults and we were very comfortable.

We had a GREAT stay! We felt right at home with everything we needed! The outdoor amenities were incredible, and you cannot beat the view! The hosts communication was amazing from the start, with a recommendation book of each part of the island. The “west” side of the island, is more of “true” Hawaii. There is not tourism, however the gated community with security made us feel safe, & we LOVED the books/info in the house as well. There was a little issue with the sprinklers, and host showed up SUPER quick to take a look, and had a solution. Incredible hosts and home!

The house was clean for the most part and had most if not all toiletries. It was a pleasantly quiet community with mountain and ocean views. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the house which made our beach days a little bit easier. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you are okay with being an hour or so away from most attractions.

Location, home, and host team were amazing! Lots of natural beauty here and plenty of trails with few tourists nearby! Host team was very supportive … home had all the (and more) amenities! Would book this home again!

We flew into Oahu to attend a family function at Makaha beach. Location was perfect, less than 10 minutes away from the function. Self Check-In was easy. There was more than enough room for our family of eight. All beds were comfortable. 2 1/2 bathrooms was a + for 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped. The backyard was awesome. It’s been a minute since I’ve sat under the Makaha stars✨. It gets pretty warm on the westside, but every room has its own split system unit which is nice. Overall this is one of the best places I’ve stayed in. Makaha “No ka`oi” 🤙🏽. Mahalo Kerstan for your hospitality. I highly recommend 💯

Great hosts to work with, house was perfect space for us 8 people, garage full of fun stuff and swim gear, kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you need, basically like a home away from home. Beautiful view!

Stella’s home was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the booking at first, but Stella handled it promptly and professionally. Check-in was smooth, and she continued to provide excellent care throughout our stay. I truly hope future guests feel confident booking this home—it’s a peaceful, well-managed place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at the house. I have rated the house and the location of the house a 5; however, I want to let other folks know that the beaches and beach parks all the way to the house are over run by homeless makeshift housing. We were never bothered but folks, since this is the 1st we have seen this, it is not what we expected after traveling to all islands. This has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the house or stay which is why we keep that a 5.

AvantStay Oahu was amazing throughout my booking process, leading up to my stay and throughout my stay in the rental home. The private community where the rental home is located is absolutely beautiful, and the security guards were very helpful at the gate leading into the gated community. The home was clean, beautiful and offered the accommodations and space that my family needed!
