This was the perfect place for our short stay, we were in town for a friend’s wedding. It was easy to check in, secure and private. This was the perfect accommodation for two people. Nice and clean!

A+ for everything, apartment had everything we needed from the day we arrived. Very nice man- one of owners is always on site and very friendly he offered to help my wife and I if we ever needed anything... communication was great, apartment clean, and well maintained. Had absolutely all supplies to get us started and to maintain the cleaning on our own.. wonderful to have a washer and dryer, blender and all other appliances and kitchen tools.great location Highly recommended

This guest house is attached to the main house right under the main house. You have your own private entrance. With your own code and you cannot access the main house through the guest house which is good. The pool closes at 8pm. The host welcomed us with water and snacks which was definitely needed. The area felt pretty safe. It’s pretty close to everything driving distance wise. It’s a good Airbnb for 1 or 2 people.

Our stay at Teo's place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and check-in was a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The host was incredibly quick and responsive to all our messages. The location is fantastic – literally steps away from supermarkets, pharmacies, and most conveniences. Plus, it's just 15 minutes from Dolphin Mall, and the area felt very kid-friendly. Overall, an excellent place and a fantastic stay!

Great place for somewhere to rest and sleep. Beds were great basically a hotel room but PRIVATE! Clean and well equipped. We attended a conference and served it’s purpose

What a VIEW. Very spacious, modern furniture and vibe, gym pool and spa access, lots of cool people to run into in the lobby, elevator, and pool. Loved our stay here.

My stay here was great. The host was amazing and communicated in a timely manner. The location is also close to tons of restaurants that are walking distance. The check-in process was also very smooth. The host was very active and friendly and offered recommendations around the area. Overall, I would book again as I had a great experience!

Marilyn & Mocha are an absolute pleasure! This was an amazing stay, the atmosphere is breathtaking. The place has everything you need and more. We had an amazing stay at Kate's home. It wash very clean and was as beautiful as the pictures. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of towels, both bath and beach, for the two of us. and the pool/jacuzzi was that icing on top. We felt safe in that neighborhood and it was alway quite and peaceful. Day and night. Kate and her associates were very communitive and helpful from the day I booked until the time we left. And I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to my friends and loved ones. Thanks Kate!!

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!
