The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. Welcome! The guest apartment (approx. 50 square meters) is located in the basement of our house - enough space for our guests to feel comfortable in their own area. Included in the price is the visitor's tax to the municipality of Glottertal. From two nights (only for tourist stays) you will receive the KONUS card, with which you can use public transport free of charge throughout the Black Forest region, as well as free parking tickets for all P+R parking spaces in Freiburg.

Small bathroom with toilet and shower, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven (without dishwasher, no microwave), living room with sofa, fast WiFi/WLAN, small TV, terrace with table and chairs. Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200 m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500 m from the property. The tram is a good way to get from the central station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking can be provided by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am available for questions.

As a starting point for activities of all kinds, the location is ideal. You can hike directly from the house or get on the next bus to your destination at the nearby stop. You will stay in a small workshop house on the edge of the old town, Wiehre district. Due to the rear house situation, you will live very quietly but still centrally, in the middle of Freiburg. The tram stop and bike station are just 2 minutes away. The infrastructure is extremely good, all important shops are within walking distance.
