Monthly Rentals in Herston

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janine’s place. It was clean and comfortable (smelt great too!), and was at a very convenient location. 5min walk to the QUT Kelvin Grove bus station, and another 6-8min bus ride to the CBD. We also had a lovely walk at Victoria Park 10min away. Right downstairs we had Woolworths and lots of food options as well. Balcony had great views too. Janine was very kind to physically welcome us, walked us through where to park and orientated us to our apartment. Overall would highly recommend!

Tye's place is in the perfect spot to attend events at the showgrounds, we were a 3 minute walk to gate 5 which was wonderful for our 4 day visit to the Caravan & Camping show. This is also a fantastic spot to attend the RBWH for appointments or visiting family & friends as the walk to the main entrance is less than 5 mins. There is a great cafe if you turn left out of the reception entrance & turn left again. Also a fantastic Vietnamese cafe if you head out of the other entrance & turn right. IGA is 850m away & if you want a bit of a walk to Woolworths it is about 1.1km. Also a gorgeous park across the road to picnic in too. In other words this is a great central location to stay in. Being in the heart of the city, it is not quiet, when the balcony doors are open you can hear traffic, when the doors are shut the soundproofing is great, you will hear sirens going in & out of the hospital, however this is city life & to be expected. A few small issues were addressed promptly.

Bonnie & Toby’s place was clean, peaceful and just perfect to rest our heads for the night. I recommend here if you’re in town seeing a show, easy to get from A to B, simple check in and great communication from hosts.

Very clean and presentable with close proximity to the city which was the reason for our stay. Hosts were great with proactive and clear communication.
