Exceptional house with great accommodations. Easy access from Munich by car or train. The lakeside community is beautiful and very tranquil. Will definitely use again.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Cornelia's place was absolutely beautiful! Such gorgeous decorations and intimate small touches everywhere. Lots of lovely antiques and small figurines paired with modern fixtures. Cornelia was so friendly and helpful as well! She showed a passion for her home, and that made it even better to stay in a place that is so well loved and cared for by the owner! She showed me around the entire house which really helped, and she has a great book with suggestions for food and places nearby. The home has so much space for a large family or group, and everything in it is new and beautiful! The house has everything you could need from washer/dryer, hairdryer, shampoo, towels, blankets, piano, games, bikes, ping-pong and more! The location of the home is ideal for Starnberg visiting, and the visitors center in town can provide a map with additional city features and hikes to take. It was a perfect location for our family, and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

Julian is an outstanding host. He is helpful and always very quick to respond. The house is very big and has a really great kitchen. Especially the living room and terrace outside are perfect lounges for up to 10 people. We were there over New Year's Eve and watched a fireworks display on the lake a 20-minute walk away. In general, you are quickly in the countryside and the surroundings are quiet.

The house is big and clean. the children enjoyed the games room and the adults the sauna. We loved our stay. Andrea and Johanna were available. Thanks :-)

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

Great location and friendly landlord The apartment has a great location, ideal for a group of up to 8 people. The landlord was very friendly, always available and open to feedback. There were minor challenges in terms of cleanliness at first, but the landlord was very accommodating, which is why we drove home with a positive feeling. Overall a good stay with potential!

We loved the place , we don't have anything we're unhappy with. The days went by very quickly ,and if we are looking for a place to stay in this area, Petruch Apartment will definitely be our first choice.

We visited Munich for the first time with my family of 4. Two kids 8 and 5. The location was perfect and walking distance less than 10 minutes to the Viktualienmarkt and the rest of the city highlights. The home was exactly as pictured and would highly recommend.

Lauia has a great place. Book with confidence. Wonderful host & tram stop to get everywhere quickly is right outside the door. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an enjoyable stay and it was close to the city centre so we could walk to the Christmas markets and shops.

Stayed here for a few nights over new year’s and we loved it. The hosts (owners) are really lovely people and we found everything in the apartment to be great and well equipped. Just be prepared to drive as groceries are not so nearby. But to be expected with a location like this.

Christian's place was very nice, I booked it for my boyfriend and me for 10 days. We really enjoyed it. The area is very quiet and above all private. Very easy to reach on foot, the nearest train station not far away. You can get everywhere and explore other cities. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. We were warmly and personally received, the instructions were clear. There was fresh fruit to welcome you and chocolate on departure. This apartment is really only recommended, we will definitely be happy to come back on occasion!

Michael's apartment was excellently located, superbly equipped and very clean. We were also completely satisfied with the connection of the train to the area and walking distance to the valley station of the cable car to the "Hörnle". We had a very beautiful and relaxing week. The accommodation met all my expectations and expectations. A cozy and well-equipped apartment, in a quiet area yet centrally located. The welcome by Hans-Jörg was kind and the check in went smoothly. I highly recommend this place.
