Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

The lake house belongs to my wife and I. My son and his wife coordinate the rental (co-hosts) for us. The lower apartment in the house is rented, we occasionally use the upper one. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind.
