Holiday rentals with beach access in Herreras

Our stay at Josue’s Airbnb villa was absolutely amazing! The home was exactly as pictured clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The location was peaceful and private, with quick access to the beach, grocery stores, and local spots like Piñones. Josue was a fantastic host—super responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. He made sure we felt welcome and had all the info we needed before we even arrived. Check-in was easy, and the entire stay felt seamless. The villa was perfect for our group of six (3 adults and 3 teenagers), with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, and we loved the outdoor space, especially in the evenings. Thank you, Josue, for helping make this vacation so special. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a fantastic space! The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ice maker machine was a real highlight and great for the cooler for a beach day :) We would definitely stay here again

Rafael fue muy amable y proactivo. El lugar tenía todo lo necesario como toallas de playa, piscina, baño, la cocina muy bien equipada. El espacio estaba bien organizado y limpio. El ambiente en el lugar era hermoso tranquilo y con unas vistas maravillosas. Sin duda una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. Yo y mis acompañantes salimos muy satisfechos y encantados con las experiencia.

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! Robert was great throughout the whole process, being very accommodating and understanding and on top of a lot of concerns and potential issues. He warned about minor issues with the lighting and the relatively minor difficulty of the door opening/closing, and he usually answered well and promptly, either throught the platform or a text or call. He also had his neighbor available to help with suggestions, though that was not as easily accessible/took a bit of extra initiative since we didn't have their number except when they were already outside. The fire extinguisher was concerningly empty and smoke detectors were missing from rooms except possibly main room, so that was concerning. But as soon as I pointed it out, he ordered a fire extinguisher for the next day and even offered to refund me for buying one and for a smoke alarm, so I feel that he went above and beyond to the extent that he could on this. Overall, the place was great-so was he even- if not fancy& close to event venue

Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

We had the best time at this rental! I think it was the best unit in a wonderful complex. Unit was right by the ocean and one of the complex’s pools. Sitting on the patio was lovely, watching the ocean and enjoying the breeze. The host was extremely helpful, providing recommendations and tips whenever we needed them. We will likely be staying here again!!

Hector's place was very nice, comfortable and inviting! He did everything he could to make us feel at home which was really appreciated! I always generally give hosts 5 stars accross the board but I gave 3 stars for the location i believe, not because of any fault on Hector but in the morning there is a Cock that crows VERY loudly. I can sleep through anything but for future guests I just wanted you all to know that it is a reality. Also there are some nice photos of mountain side in the description, just want you all to know that it's not connected to the rental but merely beautiful shots of Puerto Rico. Its not secluded at all but the neighborhood is calm. Again, this was a very nice place and Hector was very kind but I wanted to give an honest review! God Bless!

This was a wonderful place for 3 generations of our family to stay. We loved how close it was to El Yunque and San Juan and Fajardo. The walk to the totally private beach was easy (and the golf cart was super helpful when we used it). The outdoor space and pool around the property made hanging out in the mornings and evenings so pleasant. Christophe was also so thoughtful and kind to bring over some baby gates and life vests for the pool when he realized we had two babies with us.

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

If you are looking to be with “ the locals” Loiza is where it is at. The house is situated in a local neighborhood. The people are friendly, the house is beautiful. The food is amazing ! We ate at a local spot called “ Iguana” . In terms of communication, if I messaged Edith, her response time was immediate or a short time later. I’d check out Piñones Beach. There are little shops and food stands near the beach. Bring cash. I’d definitely book with Edith again :).

Sergio is an excellent host . He is friendly and very helpful . I find the place to be rustic but quaint. The beds had the right comfort for me. I enjoyed sitting in the terrace. It was good that you could choose to park in the front or in back of the place. You can hear the coqie frogs making beautiful music. There is a small backyard and a grassy area for pets outside the gate, which was a plus.. It is definitely walking distance to the beach, but you do have to watch out for the loose neighborhood dogs. The area isn’t too far from shopping centers by car. Being that it’s summer, and not much of a breeze , the living room was extra warm. The bedroom furniture had some of wear and tear.

Luis was a great host. Responds very fast and is good at communicating. The home is just like the pictures and has the basic things you need. The neighborhood was very peaceful as well. The only downside is that if you’re taking an uber, it’s going to be very hard to find the address of the Airbnb and will have to walk to somewhere nearby to order the uber. Also, the Airbnb is a bit far from the tourist attractions. Other than that, the place was great!

Our stay at Diana’s was like having a home away from home. The pool and seemly private beach were just what we were looking for. The location was also perfect for day trips to El Yunque rainforest, local restaurants and multiple other pristine beaches. Diana was an amazing host super responsive and understanding to all our needs. Highly recommend this stay!

I’d say it’s a great location. The area is in perfect location to ever hot spot of the south east everything from San Juan to ceiba is 30 to 45 min drive. I loved the private beach and private pool.

Beautiful place the patio on the roof top was so beautiful we enjoyed dinner one night with the fresh breeze coming in. Most definitely stay again . One down fall the Google maps and Waze didn’t give me direct directions keep sending me a different way , but I contacted the host and they responded fast enough ,also the first night had an outage and the host did composited me for half of the night . I’m going to say that’s normal there but i didn’t know either way the place was beautiful .

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is nice and clean. There are so many little extras like 3 cold water bottles in the fridge, a snack bar, beach chairs, coolers, board games. The A/C works really well in the rooms. Very helpful and detailed check-in instructions. There is a pool that stays open until 11pm (and security will ask you to leave if it is after that time). The beach is a short walk to the back of the complex. The beach is nice to look at during sunset, but has a lot of debris on the sand and the water is also too dirty to get in. The mosquitoes bite and you can't stay on the beach without OFF bug spray. It is a short drive to Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks, and also El Yunque National Park. Overall very pleased and glad we stayed here!

Javier was amazing! Best host I’ve had thus far. I will definitely stay with him if I’m back in the area. If you’re looking for a great stay with a great host look no further.

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!
