Enjoy a quiet country setting just minutes from wineries, cafés, and local attractions. Guests can enjoy a large shared swimming pool, ideal on warm Valley days. Please note there is another occupied residence on the property, with shared pool and parking, and a mix of private and shared outdoor areas.

Perendale Penthouse, 4 huge Double Bedrooms

Perendale Penthouse is part of a property which includes Merino Manor, 3br and Suffolk Studio, 1br. Generally the three units are rented out seperately for up to 12 guests but they can all be rented together in which case we can accomodate up to 22 guests. We are situated on a rural property which is super quiet and peaceful. We are half way up the Darling Scarp which affords us magnificent and uninterupted City views.
