I had a wonderful stay at this riverfront Airbnb! The property was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing escape. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating—easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. One of the highlights was having access to kayaks right on the river. We spent hours paddling, taking in the calm waters and stunning nature views. The outdoor space was perfect for unwinding, with a great spot to sit and enjoy the breeze off the water. The home itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. You can tell the hosts put care into the little touches, which made it feel extra welcoming. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway with some fun and adventure right at your doorstep, I definitely recommend this place. Would absolutely stay again!

The home was exactly as pictured. Very clean, fully stocked and great location. The home had everything we needed and more. From the kitchen, to towels to the kayaks and paddle boards. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The location was great as well for traveling via river. Very peaceful.

The home was very clean and nice. They had extra blankets and pillows. The back patio is nice as well. The pool feels great.

This is a cute home with a retro vibe. My teens loved it! “It’s giving millennial-core” my daughter said. Great fun space!

This is our 3rd trip to Weeki Wachee River and our 1st stay at this property. It was great. Just a short canal paddle to the main river. Screened-in porch on the back was so relaxing in the evenings. Our family of four is in different directions with work, college and one heading in to the military. We always bring 3 of our kids closest friends. Everyone had a great time. Kayaks for all. The home is comfortable and has all the supplies and amenities you may need. We look forward to coming again and also exploring their other properties as well.

We had a great time at the house, loved kayaking and spending time outside! Inside was great - comfortable seating, kitchen is small as shown but 100% has everything you need. Perfect for our small family!

We had a wonderful stay at Nana’s River House! The outdoor space is absolutely fantastic — perfect for relaxing, grilling, or just soaking in the serene views of the river. The location right on the water couldn’t be better; it felt peaceful and private, yet still close enough to everything we needed. Inside, the house was incredibly comfortable. Everyone in our group felt right at home. The beds were cozy, the living area was inviting, the kids loved their private cave, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. We were also really impressed with how well-stocked the house was. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything we needed was right at our fingertips — it’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into making this a perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend Nana’s River House — we’re already talking about coming back!

Paul was very accommodating and straight forward. He informed us that the house needed to be cleaned prior to us staying. However we said we would be fine washing the sheets and straightening up a bit for him. He allowed us in and gave a discount on the cleaning fee. We had some questions about the internet at 11 pm texted him and response immediately. Couldn’t ask for a better host. Thanks again for letting us stay in the home. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Nice home in centralized location, close to stores and restaurants while also being near parks and walking trails. Within one hour driving distance of major destinations as well. The heated pool was excellent and got up to temperature within a few days. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and our dogs loved the patio area and fenced-in yard. Hosts were helpful and very responsive. Perfect spot for a small group, family, or those just looking for a cozy home away from home.

Booked the property for a mini vacation with family for my birthday weekend. We had the best time!! The house is beautiful and the views were spectacular. There were ample amenities provided to for a relaxing stay and the hosts, Alix and Summer, were both super nice and accommodating! 10/10 recommend this stay. Me and my family are definitely going to make this a regular booking!!

It was a super clean house. She was an amazing host. So nice and flexible. The pool was heated and so relaxing. They allowed me to move some of the external security cameras, so I could have privacy in the backyard. I had an amazing vacation.

We loved our stay at Jose’s place! The house was immaculate. Had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. His place is very close to the restaurants and shopping centers. Will definitely be back!!

Jessica’s home was extremely beautiful and very accommodating. Our home was very thought out based on the needs of future renters. The pool was amazing and the beds were extremely comfortable. We felt right at home.

Great little house with everything you need. I was very impressed with the warm welcoming touches David added to the home before we arrived. He was very kind, friendly and very responsive. He also introduced us to Wild fire, his beautiful horse.

Our stay here exceeded expectations. The house has everything you need and then some. There are small touches that made a huge impact, like having lots charging stations set up throughout the house and the launch ramp for the kayaks. You have everything you need to have a memorable getaway. We saw several manatee and the afternoons in the water was wonderful.

This house was the best decision we made on our vacation. Everything was perfect from the comfort of the beds, the space, the pool and game room, TVs loaded with all the streaming services you could ever need and peaceful atmosphere. We will certainly be looking for Tiffany’s house to book for our next vacation.

Recently renovated with a great deck space and comfortable beds. Easy access to Weeki Wachee and other outdoor activities. My kids enjoyed stargazing and fishing from the dock. I liked working on the screened porch and the deck sofa. We didn’t use the loft sleeping space, so can’t comment on that part :)

We had a great stay! We loved the view and loved feeding the baby goats and cows! We came for a trip to check out the Weeki Wachi springs and it was about 20 minutes away, so very close. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Brandy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

The house had everything you could ever need. We have a 2 year old and there were toys and baby things for her. This made our stay very pleasant since she was enjoying the toys.
