The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, something we greatly value and the space was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nia was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Wow!!! A perfect stay ! Beyond Expectations! I had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, Yuri was there to help for a smooth check in process. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better). That view in photos is a must see in person because WOW!! The host Yuri went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made a big difference. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, and laundry room set up showed real care and quality. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat. What a fantastic stay! Everything was as described if not better and the secluded, private path and gated entrance to the beach was just phenomenal. The facility was immaculate clean and inviting and the peace and quiet during our stay was exactly what we were looking for. Melissa is attentive to any issues that may arise, but in our case it was just messages back and forth regarding extending our stay because it was absolutely incredible and we just didn’t want to leave. 5 stars all the way around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very grateful to Thomas, he was always attentive and communicative during our stay. Very nice place with a nice view and central, the amenities of the building are in very good condition and very useful too, in short we would stay in this apartment again.

The condo was as described. The view was amazing. The condo was beautiful. And Yolanda was amazing. Very easy to deal with very helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in the area.

Beautiful space. The high ceilings are great and make it feel more spacious. It was surprisingly soundproof - we were traveling with 3 kids who wake up early, and the grownups were able to sleep in anyway! The beach is right behind the house, with great waves and not a lot of people. The pool is great for kids, and you'll see lizards hanging out by it. The whole area is gated, which let us feel safe letting the kids run around outside. It's a fairly quiet area, which was also nice. The kitchen was well-stocked. The little market on the corner has all the essentials you need, and it's a 30 min walk to a huge supermarket (or a $2 - $3 uber ride). Highly recommend the Puddlefish Brewery right up the street (5 min walk), for the passionfruit margarita, the fish burgers, and the passionfruit chili chicken wings! We would definitely stay here again on a future Jaco trip!

A great accommodation for a larger group or a family. We celebrated our birthday there with a few friends. We enjoyed the stay! You have everything you need - sea, pool, your privacy, a few restaurants! The place was perfect for us! Also, Cat is a really great host! The gentleman on site was also very kind. He even got us coconuts from a palm tree and cut them open. It was a great weekend. ♥️ The place is lovely too. Here, too, you have everything you need. There are many iguanas in the accommodation, which was super exciting and nice to see! We also saw a lot of macaws. At night the street is a bit noisy and we heard the thunder very strongly. So, it's worth packing earplugs. Nevertheless, the location and access to the pool and sea were so great that the noise at night did not bother us.

This place was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the Main Street area to eat but far enough away for peace and quiet. It was nice eating breakfast on the porch, listening to the waves crash on the beach. Antonio was always quick to respond to any questions and to give his opinion on stuff to do locally. I would stay here again if we ever get back to CR. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

My stay was wonderful. The place is as shown in the photos: clean, cozy and with everything you need to feel comfortable, a delicious pool and very cozy rooms. I had a wonderful stay at Fanny’s place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. Fanny was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with any questions. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the warm welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

Leonardo was friendly and responsive and made check in process a breeze. Location is a 10/10, with easy access to beach and pool area, as well as walking distance to great restaurants and a local market. Highlight of our trip was seeing a sloth hanging in the trees on the beach! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

We enjoyed this condo very much, especially the proximity to the beautiful pool! Being on the first floor was perfect so we could easily go in and out. Sitting on the patio every morning drinking coffee and listening to the waves was wonderful. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and Jacó was a good location in terms of proximity to the airport and activities that we wanted to experience. I hope we can come back and visit this beautiful place again!

Today we bid farewell to that Beautiful place , a super equipped Condo, everything as it comes out in the photos , they helped me in everything I asked them, the place is BEAUTIFUL 😍 NATURE , SE BREATHING PEACE , we saw the white face monkeys, lapas and lazy bear we visit the two beaches Manta and white beach right there, the building is super close to the beach, it has many amenities. The beach club was also very relaxing and overlooking the sea, my family and I were delighted with the view of the balcony that has the nature that breathes , I recommend them to spend a family vacation, my family and I are sure that we will come back to ☺️😍😍😍Exelente 20/10 Punta Esmeralda I do not have a single complaint of nda nor the place nor Anfrition that I help us with everything . We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!
