The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, something we greatly value and the space was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nia was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Wow!!! A perfect stay ! Beyond Expectations! I had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, Yuri was there to help for a smooth check in process. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better). That view in photos is a must see in person because WOW!! The host Yuri went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made a big difference. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, and laundry room set up showed real care and quality. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat. What a fantastic stay! Everything was as described if not better and the secluded, private path and gated entrance to the beach was just phenomenal. The facility was immaculate clean and inviting and the peace and quiet during our stay was exactly what we were looking for. Melissa is attentive to any issues that may arise, but in our case it was just messages back and forth regarding extending our stay because it was absolutely incredible and we just didn’t want to leave. 5 stars all the way around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Muy agradecido con Thomas, siempre se mostró atento y comunicativo durante nuestra estancia. Muy lindo lugar con bonita vista y céntrico, las amenidades del edificio en muy buen estado y muy útiles también, en definitiva nos volveríamos a hospedar en este apartamento.

The place was amazing! Just as described and actually even better than the photos. Everything was meticulously clean and organized. Everything you needed was inside the condominium. Extremely fast and easy check in and check out. The host was fast and extremely responsive. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you!!

The condo was as described. The view was amazing. The condo was beautiful. And Yolanda was amazing. Very easy to deal with very helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in the area.

Beautiful space. The high ceilings are great and make it feel more spacious. It was surprisingly soundproof - we were traveling with 3 kids who wake up early, and the grownups were able to sleep in anyway! The beach is right behind the house, with great waves and not a lot of people. The pool is great for kids, and you'll see lizards hanging out by it. The whole area is gated, which let us feel safe letting the kids run around outside. It's a fairly quiet area, which was also nice. The kitchen was well-stocked. The little market on the corner has all the essentials you need, and it's a 30 min walk to a huge supermarket (or a $2 - $3 uber ride). Highly recommend the Puddlefish Brewery right up the street (5 min walk), for the passionfruit margarita, the fish burgers, and the passionfruit chili chicken wings! We would definitely stay here again on a future Jaco trip!

Eine tolle Unterkunft für eine größere Gruppe oder auch eine Familie. Wir haben dort unseren Geburtstag mit ein paar Freunden gefeiert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Man hat alles was man braucht - Meer, Pool, seine Privatsphäre, ein paar Restaurants! Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt! Außerdem ist Cat eine wirklich tolle Gastgeberin! Auch der Herr vor Ort war sehr lieb. Er hat uns sogar Kokosnüsse von einer Palme geholt und aufgeschnitten. Es war ein tolles Wochenende. ♥️ Die Unterkunft ist auch schön. Auch hier hat man alles was man braucht. Es gibt viele Leguane in der Unterkunft, das war super spannend und schön zu sehen! Zudem haben wir ganz viele Aras sehen können. Nachts ist die Straße etwas laut und wir haben den Donner sehr stark gehört. Es lohnt sich also, Ohrstöpsel einzupacken. Trotzdem war die Lage und der Zugang zu Pool und Meer so toll, dass uns der Lärm nachts nicht gestört hat.

This place was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the Main Street area to eat but far enough away for peace and quiet. It was nice eating breakfast on the porch, listening to the waves crash on the beach. Antonio was always quick to respond to any questions and to give his opinion on stuff to do locally. I would stay here again if we ever get back to CR. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

If we could give more than 5-stars we would. Before we even arrived, Kelly was so helpful, suggesting tours and giving us local travel tips. The house is gorgeous, the property is pristine, and the hosts were so accommodating. Book it now!

I had a wonderful stay at Fanny’s place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. Fanny was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with any questions. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the warm welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

Leonardo was friendly and responsive and made check in process a breeze. Location is a 10/10, with easy access to beach and pool area, as well as walking distance to great restaurants and a local market. Highlight of our trip was seeing a sloth hanging in the trees on the beach! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

We enjoyed this condo very much, especially the proximity to the beautiful pool! Being on the first floor was perfect so we could easily go in and out. Sitting on the patio every morning drinking coffee and listening to the waves was wonderful. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and Jacó was a good location in terms of proximity to the airport and activities that we wanted to experience. I hope we can come back and visit this beautiful place again!

Hoy nos despedimos de ese Hermoso lugar , un Condo súper equipado , todo como sale en las fotos , me ayudaron en todo lo que les pregunté , el lugar es HERMOSO 😍 NATURALEZA , SE RESPIRA PAZ , vimos los monos cara blanca , lapas y oso perezoso visitamos las dos playas Manta y playa blanca ahí mismo , el edificio está súper cerca de la playa, tiene muchas comodidades el beach club también estaba muy relajante y vista al mar me encanto, mi familia y yo quedamos encantados con la vista del balcón que tiene la naturaleza que se respira , se los recomiendo pra pasar unas vacaciones en familia , mi familia y yo estamos seguros que volveremos a venir ☺️😍😍😍Exelente 20/10 Punta Esmeralda no tengo una sola queja de nda ni cn el lugar ni Anfrition que nos ayudo con todo . We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!
