La piscina adicional es perfecta para los más chicos, o para relajarse solamente, y amabas rodeadas de naturaleza, es muy bonito. La tranquilidad del lugar superó mis expectativas. Michelle's place was awesome. a very nice and cosy place. Fully recommended. The condo was very clean and nit. Very well packed with all you need to have a great time with family and friends.

My friends and I spent the last five nights at Matthew’s property and thoroughly enjoyed the home and environment from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The house and backyard pool layout are very unique and well laid out for a good time shared with friends. I highly suggest considering Matthew’s property for anyone looking to enjoy their own slice of paradise in Playa Hermosa!

The house is perfect for two in a gated community within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. The staff are helpful and kind. The house is small, and a great spot to come back to after enjoying all the activity of Jaco. My 75 year old (non-swimmer) mother enjoyed the backyard pool and we both appreciated access to the bikes and plethora of beach amenities. The property is still under construction, expect sounds of the city, but it also means we had full use of the property perks (pickleball court, community pool and party space) to ourselves. In addition, Liana was always responsive and helpful. Recommend!

This place is a jewel in the middle of the rainforest and very close to the resort and then ocean. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Beautiful Home !!! Gated Community With Security On Site 24/7. You Can Walk To Anywhere In Jaco Within A Few Moments. I Will Not Stay Anywhere Else Except Here Once I Return.

Tuvimos un viaje familiar y la estadía fue muy placentera. La casa es bien representada en las fotos, con mucho espacio y a menos de 1km del Automercado. Alvaro y Rosio fueron de gran ayuda con cualquier petición y la comunicación estuvo genial.

This location was the perfect spot for our family! It was right on “the strip” of Jaco so was in a walkable distance to the restaurants but felt peaceful in its location on the beach. We loved going back and forth between the beach and the pool. The building has a guard so felt very safe for us traveling with our children.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Das Haus war perfekt für unsere vierköpfige Familie. Der Beach Club ist nah und die Bar am Pool ist richtig gut. Der Strand ist nicht zum schwimmen geeignet wegen der starken Strömung. Dafür aber super Surf Spots.

La pasamos muy bien. El apartamento es muy cómodo y tiene una vista preciosa. Está cerca de atracciones.

5 stars I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, great location, and spacious house. The location was perfect, close to everything (not even a ten minute walk) but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend going to KOKOs for dinner and drinks. The host Brian was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. I especially appreciated the little touches like the beach chairs and boogie boards. The house was great for large group, we had 8 people there and because of the open concept we could all eat, play games, enjoy some drinks together and watch the game. Great kitchen, lots of storage and was happy to see this place come with cleaning supplies so you can clean up easily as you go. Nice back yard with a place to lounge and an awesome balcony upstairs thats perfect for tanning. The community is extremely clean, very well maintained and has a large pool only a 3 minute from the house. I’d definitely stay here again!!

I'm conflicted on writing this review because I want the house to be available next time I come back and anyone that stays here will definitely stay again! The location is at the south end of Jaco on the main road. We had a very short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants in the immediate area. Everything else was within a less than 5 minute drive. The house itself was perfect for our group of 5 guys and could have held even more. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of privacy but did not feel like we were too far from anywhere. The pool is a must and it was perfect for our stay. The air conditioning in each room worked great to keep us cool during the warmer days. The team was very responsive with any and all needs. We received recommendations for local places that we can say were great recommendations. I have no regrets staying at Fishbonz and would GLADLY book this stay over and over. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Der perfekte Ort, um bei einem Frühstück zu entspannen und den Vögeln zuzusehen. Der Sonnenuntergang war nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – einfach fantastisch! Bei Rückfragen war die Kommunikation sehr schnell und freundlich. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Sehr zu empfehlen!“

Our stay at Casa Tucana was amazing. The house is nestled between lush greenery, next to a farm and just a few minutes from the beach. Perfect for a quiet getaway. The house was equipped with everything and more, making us feel right at home. The pool was really pretty and just a great way to spend the day or for a dip after the beach. Definitely recommend it!

El lugar es muy espacioso y la atención de Cat y José es inmejorable. La casa está frente a la playa. He ido a este lugar dos veces y lo recomiendo al 100%.

Amene and Jacqueline were unbelievably awesome during our stay. Jacqueline was always quick to respond to my inquiries. The morning our coffee maker quit she arranged to have a new one at our door within an hour. TOTALLY OUTSTANDING. We stayed for a month and were pleasantly surprised that a weekly cleaning was included, the pool was cleaned twice weekly. The house was very comfortable and we thoughouly enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the Punta Leona resort for 3 days of our stay, at a very reasonable costs thanks to Amene for arranging this for us. Thanks Amene and Jacqueline for making or Costa Rica vacation a huge success.

Rosalia is an excepcional host, super helpful, friendly and with great communication. The house is super comfortable and looks like brand new with everything working super well and super clean. I loved that the kitchen/living room is connected with the bbq/pool, so the family can be all together. Only 5min by car from Hermosa beach and located in a beautiful gated community. I’ll be back with my family for sure!

Casie’s home, Casa Amistad, was beautiful and exclusive. We appreciated being in Playa Hermosa rather than in Jaco. The place was as in the photos - clean, nice. We enjoyed the private pool and the flexibility to invite our friends and family. There was lots of space. The beach is quite close so we’d drive quickly there to watch the sunset and enjoy the surfer waves. Highlights: the house location and the backyard, Manual Antonio (get a guide, it’s worth it- saw sloths, monkeys, cool crabs, Jesus Christ iguana, beautiful beach, and more), Los Sueños (dinner, shopping, golf), Jerah for dinner, empanada stand right in Jaco in a shopping mall, the relaxed openness to having my dog in the restaurants and on hikes (had a backpack for her which was safer for her), “Rainmaker” hiking forest, boat cruise and beach day at Isla Tortuga, Sainta Teresa (my daughter loved this island surfer town and stayed in a hut), & Hotel Villa Caletas for dinner and photo ops, Cafe Bohio, Sonney’s Hostel

This place is such a fantastic location. I would recommend having a vehicle to get there, but it is within an hour from Manuel antonio (so a super easy day trip), 30 mn from Jaco and less than 15 minutes away from three beautiful, free and almost empty public beaches right down from the house. There is also a well equipped grocery store and some really nice restaurants as well as local sodas within a 10 minute drive. You can easily stay entertained for more than a week with all the activities close by. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was lovely and the airconditioning was just what we needed after a day at the beach. It felt so safe and secure. I would recommend this place and the hosts to anyone. The price is unbeatable.

El alojamiento es tal como se describe en el anuncio. Nosotros nos quedamos en la casa verde y entendemos que el lugar se convertirá en complejo, pero Hosam respetó nuestra reserva y pudimos disfrutar del lugar de manera privada. La casa es muy cómoda, con aire, ventilador y tv en todas las habitaciones. La cocina está bien equipada con microondas, licuadora, hornito eléctrico además de la cocina en si. La piscina es preciosa, súper bien cuidada con isla para niños pequeños, reposeras y sombrilla. El rancho tiene su parrilla con un equipo barcito de lado. Tiene un parqueo para 4 autos al frente. Debo destacar la atención de Hosam y, tuvimos la suerte de coincidir con Sonny quien nos brindó una excelente atención mejorando aún nuestra estadía. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos con Hosam
