You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

In the former hayloft, on the first floor, we have created a cosy holiday apartment for 4 guests (approx. 56 sqm) with views of the Eselsburger Valley. The living and dining area features a well-equipped kitchenette, and lovingly restored 1960s sofas invite you to relax. From here, you can access the spacious, partly covered balcony. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, which can be pushed together.

The authentic former farmhouse is located right on the Brenz cycle path, the award-winning Albschäfer hiking trail and the Ulm-Aalen railway line.

The Eigenhof is located near Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest Staufer city. Many historical sights in Rems and Kochertal can be reached quickly. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in the forest and meadows. We look forward to welcoming families with children, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.
