The Art Nouveau Villa Sana, built in 1890, is surrounded by a park-like property with lots of greenery and tall trees. On the second floor are the 4 guest rooms with a shared, spacious bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a large family, for example. If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

A few years ago, our house was converted from a former farmhouse into a vacation home and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Surrounded by meadows and forests, it is located in the middle of the Swabian Alps biosphere area. It is in a unique secluded location and is available for the complete exclusive use of our guests. The old construction was completely preserved, but fully equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, and families.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

This 1-room apartment with a very quiet location in Hochdorf is accessible through a separate entrance. It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
