Available in the house are fishing rods, three bicycles, two kayaks and crashpads (climbing) for free use. Bicycle helmets are not available at this time The place is a unique starting point for an eventful holiday in summer and winter. The place also has the best cancellation policy.

The legendary Klatrekafeen is right across the street, and there are at least five other dining/outdoor places within a five-minute walk. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the harbor and the morning sun can be enjoyed here until about 3 pm. If the weather is bad, there is a wood-burning stove that heats well. Large public parking lot 500 meters from the apartment.
