Holiday rentals with breakfast in Henley Beach

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb twice now, and we already can’t wait to return again! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much care and attention to detail has gone into this home. It’s truly immaculate, spotless, beautifully styled, and incredibly welcoming. One of the standout features is the generous range of pantry and fridge supplies. It’s rare to find a place that goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, and this one does exactly that. Every little touch has been thoughtfully considered. Our dog Charlie absolutely loved it too, it’s not always easy to find pet-friendly accommodation that also maintains such a high standard, but this one ticks every box. We felt completely at ease and so comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you again for creating such a relaxing and impressive space. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here with our wedding party ahead of our wedding in the hills. The property was big and great for a group of our size. Angus and Anoushka gave us plenty of helpful information to help us enjoy our stay. We loved being so close to the Stirling village. Thanks!

Beautiful home, extremely well set up for guests, lovely rural views with some cute alpacas and sheep just over the fence. My 13 year old daughter and I stayed for a week of horse riding instruction nearby and felt so happy to be staying here in this gorgeous spot! We loved the kitchen and laundry facilities, and huge plus for the amazing hamper of breakfast goodies on arrival, as we had not been to the shops yet and has a lovely breakfast of bacon & eggs on first morning. Beds and pillows nice and comfy, and great amount of space in all the bedrooms and living spaces. Convenient to Meadows town with bakery, pub and cafes, and not too far from a supermarket at Mt Barker. We had a very comfortable stay, and would love to come again!

What a great place to stay. Old, but clean and specious with everything you would want including home grown tomatoes and homemade fig jam. the gardens, unfortunately affected by the drought, are great. We would have loved to see them in their full glory. The owners were great also and promptly top us up with a couple of items we were running out of. We would certainly stay again.

Our group had a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and use of the projector. We enjoyed the space greatly and highly recommend to all. All communication was greatly appreciated. Thank you for having us. We would love to return again.

We chose this property based on its location, size and the fact it had a large pool for the kids – it did not disappoint on any of these. Location was great for us, albeit a little further out of the city but our priority was to be close to the beach and as it was only one block away, it was perfect. The property is about a 15min walk from Semaphore centre which has plenty of amenities, small supermarket, restaurants and shops and with Henley beach less than a 10 minute drive away, there are plenty of options. The property has lots of space, the four bedrooms were a good size. The living areas were substantial as were the outdoor areas. The property would benefit from some cosmetic work, some paint was peeling off in some areas but this did not detract in any way from our stay. We would certainly stay at this property again. A lovely place nice private yard, My dogs enjoyed looking around the yard....... Well appointed good quality appliances....... Easy to follow instruction, and fast commutation.

Amazing Stay – Spacious, Comfortable, and Just Like Home! The house is incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and relax, and all the amenities we needed were provided. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the common areas were perfect for hanging out together. Bedrooms were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but still close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. Our host was responsive and friendly, and check-in was super easy. Overall, this place felt like a true home away from home. We’d definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and spacious place to stay!

The apartment was ideal for the few days we were in Adelaide. Had everything we needed to be completely comfortable. We were able to walk to local cafes, parks and catch the bus. Defiantly recommend.

Great location for an Airbnb, right by the sea front -lots of places to eat nearby and easy access to the tram (just use your debit card to tag on when boarding the tram -super easy for us visiting from WA) Everything felt very safe, which was great for us with 3 small kids. Playground & Beach House for kids entertainment within 5-10 min walk. Doughballs restaurant great for kids too! We found Julie’s apartment to be very clean, had everything we needed and more! Thanks for a great stay :)

Great location and property was as described. Beautiful art deco setting/vibe. Two minute walk to Jetty road which has plenty of shopping options and to catch tram to the city. Beach is only a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Nichols’s was really responsive, and incredibly helpful. As I was traveling with a baby, I asked if he had a port a cot - which he didn’t, but he went out of his way to purchase one AND even had it set up ready to go in my arrival. I was so grateful! Great space and ideal for 2 couples sharing or a family. Really nice and clean.

Very comfortable,walked to several café and nice restaurants. The room was warm, clean, and inviting. Ann is very accommodating. Will recommend this location to family and friends.

We had a lovely stay at Al Ru farm. The space is lovely, the gardens are beautiful to walk around, and the pool was great. It does get a little noisy at night, as the function space for Weddings is close by. We got a little confused with the check in process, as we couldn't find Ruth initially on arrival. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

If anyone is looking for a cozy, peaceful and stress-free place to stay, I would highly recommend Tiny house at Prairie. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, prompt in responding and they made sure we were comfy. The location is perfect for short getaways and even longer ones if you are peace and nature lover. The whistling trees at evenings, birds singing, ducklings swimming, early morning hopping of Kangaroos, one will definitely fall for this place. Me and my husband had a great time, we would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this cute and cozy place.

Rob and Ade are superhosts for excellent reason - They have truly prepared an outstanding accomodation stay for their guests, which is well-catered, warmly welcoming and truly all encompassing, down to the array of breakfasts, snacks and common household goods you forgot you needed! Plus extra! We truly want to thank Robin and Ade for allowing us to experience their welcoming abode. It was such a delight to spend time here with our little girl, who also enjoyed her time and was well catered for, too! We informed Rob that we enjoyed it so much that he needed to expect us to come back for a romantic getaway down the line. SO, experience this wonderful, welcoming and peaceful cottage for yourselves. You know those AirBnBs where checkout time is approaching but you just don't want to leave? Well this is one of those places! Perched high up on a hill, overlooking a valley, Jean's place has the most incredible views. There's rarely a sound except for the sounds of nature - birds singing, kangaroos hopping by, bees buzzing. If a place to relax, rest and recharge is what you're looking for, this is your spot. And Jean is a wonderful and thoughtful host, to add to it all. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I'd love to come back some day!

Absolutely incredible is how i describe this location. The host was amazing to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a great stay. An excellent location if you are looking to explore the adelaide hills as i was. The bedroom is an amazing place to wake up in with the big windows to see all the lush greenery outside. The place is so clean with exactly everything you need. Cant wait to stay again.
