This was the best experience! The place was so comfortable and they were thoughtful in what they provided, including throw blankets. Jonathon was available and responded quickly to our questions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely use again in the future.

Beautiful condo. We enjoyed the screened balcony and easy walk to community pool and gym. We were in Ave Maria for our son’s graduation. Convenient location just a few minutes drive to campus.

Charlotte and Ivan’s “bear necessities” air BnB was most definitely our favorite so far. Between them being super responsive with any issues/accommodations and the quiet nature feel this place gives is beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone who is visiting family in either Ave Maria or Naples. As this is not that far of a drive and a perfect get away after a long day at either the beach or exploring town. Thank you again for having our family!

Great host, great location, recent renovations, always clean. We love this place, park your Truck and Boat right on the side. Electric hookup and water for cleaning and charging batteries. Great restaurants within walking distance. Always clean and quiet.
