Beautiful space both inside and outside. Location connected to the animal farm and bakery was so charming. Location was perfect for the family reunion nearby. Easy parking. Clear communication made the stay seamless.

We had a great stay! We actually ended up getting a flat tire one night during our stay and our host provided multiple solutions and was very prompt in responding! Loved our time there! Thank you again!

Amal's place was absolutely brilliant!!! It was very clean, all the amenities were spot on. I have stayed in Airbnb & hotels in my travels, but this was by far the best place my family and I have stayed so far and it will be hard for any place to beat this. Anytime We are coming back to the area, I will definitely check first if it's available because we would love to come back. If you need space this is your place! So much room and fully equipped! Loved that the half bathroom was downstairs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Host was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful to walk around. Beds were very comfortable.

This was our second visit. The pool was very clean and we, including our toddler, enjoyed it very much! We are looking forward to our next visit.

What a great stay ! Robert is fantastic, welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay! My son wanted to play his guitar and needed a few strings Robert went above and beyond by having those strings and giving them to him, such a thoughtful gesture. Place is great has everything you need! Turn the AC on and the provided fans and it’s plenty cool enough. Backyard pool is beautiful! Would definitely recommend this to friends and would love to stay again!

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

The apartment was very clean and practically brand new. The apartment is nicely appointed, very comfortable and lacks for nothing. The location is great with very easy access to the city via public transportation: light rail metro to PATH to MTA takes ~30 minutes to World Trade Center. The view of the city is fantastic day and night. There is a tasty breakfast and lunch place with nice portions right outside the first floor entrance making your daily departure too convenient. Enjoy a 20-minute walk to Liberty State Park to see Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Largest planetarium in the western hemisphere right across the street. One could spend hours merely watching all the activity in the Upper Bay from your perch high up in New Jersey. This apartment is a great way to unlock NYC without the downsides of being right in the city, and the views of the city from the apartment are unrivaled for the price. The property owner is super responsive and very helpful.

We stayed one night to see a show at Jones Beach. Everything was as promised, lovely accommodations, easy to work with host, and close to anything we needed. Would stay again in this comfy apartment.

Yudy and Adriana with Cozy Comfort Living was well worth the experience. This was my first time using Airbnb and I am extremely pleased. When entering the apartment it felt like I was walking into my own home. It’s a very quiet neighborhood a big beautiful backyard and very comfortable. The property even accommodated my dog. I did not want to leave! That is how much I enjoyed my stay. Whenever I am in need of a place in Long Island , NY, I know exactly where I will be staying. Adorable place just enough space for our needs, open floor plan, clean and accommodating. Our dogs loved it, thankful to have a space that we didnt have to worry about their safety while on vacation with us. Host was informative and responsive. A 20 minute drive to Jones Beach. Quiet, pristine neighborhood. Highly recommend if traveling with your four legged kids!

The place was cozy, the bed was super soft. As a fellow gardener I really appreciate what Bernice has going on in the back yard. I may even ask some tomato tips. We had a minor issue in the apartment which Bernice was super responsive about and jumped right on and took care of. Can't recommend enough.

Super clean and cute. Upgrades galore. From the bathroom sink to the shower design it was really pretty. Easily temperature controlled and I felt safe in the location too. Private yard space was perfect and walking distance to mamas delicious food. Definitely recommend for a couple or one traveler. Felt like home away from home for a few days.

Liz, was a great host! Very friendly and responsive and was accommodating with early checkin. The apartment is exactly as pictured very clean and nicely decorated it definitely has a cute charm. Provided lots of clean towels and the kitchen was well equipped with utensils and a wide variety of seasonings needed for cooking. Some board games are available as well which my family enjoyed. The bed in the living room was a bit too firm for my liking, but I understand that is more of a personal preference. The bed in the bedroom was actually comfortable. The patio off the bedroom is very nice and the closet in the bedroom is very very spacious. Overall this apartment was a great choice!

The location in proximity to our family made all the difference. It was very very clean. We can’t thank Juan enough. I would very much consider this again. Communication was awesome!
