Located on the top floor, it consists of a large living room with sleeping area and kitchen as well as a bathroom. You will find all the shops in the immediate vicinity. The latest addition to the Lodges of Barbieux, a guarantee of reliability, it will charm you with its high ceiling.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Located in the bourgeois districts of Roubaix, you will stay on a quiet street not far from the popular places of the city.

Pleasant and bright studio, fully renovated located in a privileged area of Roubaix, close to the Factory of Roubaix. It is an outbuilding of our house, with an independent entrance. It has all the necessary equipment as well as a terrace and easy parking. Public transport is a few meters from the studio, allowing you to reach the center or Lille, Villeneuve d 'Ascq... A Netflix account is available for your use.

Welcome to our 35 m2 studio. The studio is ideally located and is located opposite the Mons Sarts metro station (not even a 1-minute walk). Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations are two stations away. The city center is 10 minutes by metro. The studio is fully private and has private access via secure gate. The ceiling height is 2.10 m. If you come by car, there is free street parking.
