What an adjustment on your earnings means
An adjustment is an amount of money a Host owes as a result of a cancellation, reservation change, or violation of our Guest Refund Policy.
To check the status of an adjustment:
- Go to Today and click Menu
- Click Earnings
- Go to Paid or Upcoming to find your adjustment
- Tap Profile and then tap Switch to hosting
- Tap Menu and then tap Earnings
- Go to Paid or Upcoming to find your adjustment
- Tap Profile and then tap Switch to hosting
- Tap Menu and then tap Earnings
- Go to Paid or Upcoming to find your adjustment
- Go to Today and tap Menu
- Tap Earnings
- Go to Paid or Upcoming to find your adjustment
Adjustments will be automatically deducted from the next scheduled payout(s). If you have set up any payout routing rules, the adjustment will be split according to the percentages that you set up, on a per-listing basis. Additionally, adjustments may also impact Co-Host payouts.
